Ordering is super easy on the app.... Although a discount that appeared earlier in the day (20% off for my first order) disappeared... but I'd already told the kids we'd get imo's, so ordered anyway. The pizzas were as good as always, deluxe and plain cheese. The wings were juicy and a little spicy (didn't really taste like Riplets, re: the complexity of taste, and didn't seem to have a lot of rub for something advertised as dry rub). Out of 8 wings, 6 were drummies (boo). They were okay, but I don't see myself trying them again. And for the price? (Like $60 for pickup for 3 items) I don't think we'll be back again for awhile. read more

Picked up two x-large pizzas yesterday.Horrible.Here is what is wrong with Imos.1. The crust you corporation is buying now is different from years ago.Now I have to order well done otherwise crust taste like shoe leather 2., Consistency.Put the same amount of cheese on the pizza every week.Every week the cheese amount is smaller.3.The pepperoni is different.Now it is very spicy now .My wife says it best.When you pick up a pizza from Imo's, The heaviest part is the pizza box You are now ruining another iconic St.Louis restaurant.RIP Imo's. read more

Better than expected! My husband and I had a recent craving for some Imo's pizza. We go through food phases and Imo's is surely in our repertoire but it's been a while since we had it. The in-house service was great and better than I'd remembered. Our pizza, t-ravs, and salad were great as well. Maybe a little on the stale side but it did take us 40 minutes to get to the store. Will be ordering again soon! read more

Toasted raviolis burnt and crappy Salad was ok 2 liter bottle of coke was expired Ordered a xl deluxe pizza - very disappointed The pizza was cold in the middle, sausage wasn't done to my liking, bacon was done but not crispy,very little sauce or cheese, crust tasted sweet really needed more sauce to counteract sweeteness. My friends who come from St. Louis, MO always bring me back Provel cheese and told me for years how Imo's is a staple out there. I visited MO for the first time and had to make sure I tried their pizza. I was so happy that I was not let down. They delivered to my hotel - to my room too! I ordered a medium meat lovers pizza with extra cheese ;) My friend who was with me who had never tried Imo's or Provel cheese was very happy with the pizza too! Ordered from here today. Got the large two topping pizza and house salad special, as well as a drink and small order of proved bites. The only complaint I had was the pizza was pretty flavorless, which is was surprised by as it was half sausage and onion half bacon pineapple and my drink was room temperature. However, the food was delivered fast and very hot still, he delivery driver was incredibly friendly and helpful - one of the best I have ever had deliver to me, and my order was spot on. I will order from here again, just may consider something other than the pizza next time! read more

Waited two hours on food that was told to take 40 minutes. When the food arrived the order was all wrong we are food there three or four times and lucky if you get it right once. This is the worst Imos I have ever ordered from. X-large Deluxe pizza $23. Barely had enough ingredients to cover a small. I might as well if ordered an x-large cheese. Cecil Whittakers puts more ingredients on a pie!!!! I guess Imos is cutting corners these days. When I worked there as a teenager you were told to make the pizza how you would to receive it. Driving thru town we stopped in for a pizza and a few sides. We called our order in from the highway and maybe the cell reception wasn't great. We picked up our order and it was not correct. The amazing staff offered to deliver the correct pizza to our hotel. We where starving and went ahead and ate what they had ready for us. It was delicious! Definitely worth a visit! I've tried Imo's at different locations and I have to say this one has to be my favorite. They do everything right. From salad to thick crust, well the Imo's version pf thick crust anyway. I can order it cut pie style not an issue, I can always count on the hot wings being thick and juicy and never over cooked or tiny. The owners of this one pay attention to detail and their work staff are so nice and fast. I wish all the franchise of Imo's would copy this one. read more

I lived 1/2 mile away from store it took 71 minutes to get delivery,, pizza was cold and hard called gentleman was polite and professional but it took another 45 minutes to get new pizza ,,,,as a former restaurant owner I know why food was cold and hard ,, they got busy and slammed out pizza after pizza not taking in consideration that by making all at once instead of staging made pizzas, pizza would sit and sit and a manager should of seen this but didn't,,,poor training? thanks for ruining my lunch read more

This is by far the BEST Imo's we have ever been to!!! Their drive-up window is GREAT and their delivery is FAST!!! They accept cash and debit, so it is sooooo easy to order by phone or at the drive-up. We have been out during the day and have stopped to order at the window. We pay there and by the time we get home and get our groceries/items unpacked, our order is arriving piping hot and ready to eat!!! The drivers are friendly and courteous. We had recently moved to Fenton and I had placed an order that included wings. I thought I had ordered BBQ but had ordered their "house" sauce of "sweet and tangy". Boy was it the BEST mistake I have ever made!!! I could eat the sauce out of the package with a spoon...that's how GOOD it tastes!!! Our pizzas are always crisp and hot with just the right amount of ingredients on them. Our son LOVES their toasted ravioli and he says that their marinara sauce is some of the best that he has ever tasted. We've even called on "busy" nights and have received our order in a timely manner. We have already been return customers several times and plan on continuing to return in the future.
