Terrible service and rude management. Will never frequent again, which is a shame, because Saucy's used to be a go-to pizza place.

I know it's the Super Bowl today, but when you order ahead, it should be relatively on time. They seem to be disorganized and asked for my name 5 times while I sat here with only 1 other person as well. I wondered if my order was left in the warmer for a while it took so long.

(different location) First off I have to say right off the bat that as far as "St. Louis style pizza" goes (and yes I'm referring to you Imo's, Elicia's, CWP, Pasta house, and others) St louis Pizza and Wings is the winner in my opinion. Sure, one could argue that another place has a better sauce, or a different has a better sausage, or maybe the third has a special cheese you prefer, etc. What I am saying is that when it comes to the total package, STLPW is the winner. I was VERY impressed with the pizzas I received this past weekend. In fact it was so good that the kiddos begged me to get it again for a total of 2 nights in a row! To start, the crust was perfect. I assume its a premade "shell" and for all I know its the same brand as some of these other places but whatever they did here brought it to the next level! Cooking temp maybe? Fresh vs frozen? I don't know, but something made this crust simply better and flakier, than the rest. The sauce was flavorful with a strong tomato flavor as well as the perfect amount of sweetness that I really enjoyed. Toppings were great, and I really like how the pepperoni was under the cheese and the strips of bacon were on top. Speaking of cheese, I honestly don't know a the blend of cheeses they use here are, but I can tell you if you are worried about the St louis Provel taste or liquidity this is NOT that. My only complaint would be the wait time. I ordered online for pick-ups 2 days in a row. First time I waited around 10 minutes past the projected pick-up time. The second however was way off. I arrived about 5 minutes before the pick-up time and was told it was going to be another 20. Then after that 20 was up I went back in and was told it would be another 8-10. Staff was very apologetic and I do appreciate that. They even offered a 2 liter as an apology for my time to which I declined. They also suggested calling in vs online ordering for better projection of times. I DO appreciate that and will certainly do so in the future. Lesson learned, but the extra 30-40 minutes I spent here messed up plans for the rest of the evening... Bottom line... It's 4 stars from me. Sure I've had better pizza in general, and st louis style is far from my favorite, but when it does come to St louis style pizza this is my preference now.

I ordered their food online and I found out to be pretty seamless. Quick and easy with deals listed too. I wish they had the option to use PP or Google Pay but whatever. Once I arrive to pick up my order, I saw staff in the back making food but there was a kiosk with orders ready to go. I used the code that was given in my email on the kiosk and a window opened for me to grab my food. So cool! As I grabbed my items, the staff saw me, greeted me and asked if I needed anything. Quick and easy process. Store appears clean too My teens enjoyed the pizza. The crazy bread was too light. Those could've stayed in the oven longer to reach a golden brown color. Overall, not bad.

I wanted to try them so I placed an order while I was shopping at Gravois Bluffs then headed over to pick up my order. They can't hand you the box anymore apparently. They put the box in the warmer then either you or they open the outer door for you to pick up your box of food. Aside from this craziness I thought the Crazy Puffs were a bit greasy but pretty decent. I mean chain restaurant pizza is greasy though. I'd get them again!
