The company has handled this with absolutely no urgency or professionalism. The chef was inappropriate and hostile with no effort from the company to compensate for damages. We are waiting for word back on the situation, but the company has been giving us the run around for 10 days with no communications from a manager or owner despite us being promised multiple times that they would get back to us the next day. We will be proceeding with legal action and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the severity of the situation and the lack of action from the company. According to the menu, it comes with beef marinated in bulgogi sauce served on a hot plate with cheese, green onions, house made egg-rolls, corn, and rice. It's usually a whopping $49 but with the special 30% anniversary discount it was only around $35 so it was definitely worth it. Our food came in a pretty good time in about 12-15 minutes. The melted cheese was SO GOOD. I love cheese but melted mozzarella is delicious. It's divine. The beef was tasty. I like the bulgogi sauce. It was meant to be mixed with the rice and egg rolls. If you just eat them separately, it's gonna be mid because they have little flavor on their own. I used to use a couple other frozen food delivery services but found that their portions weren't quite enough for a family of four, whereas the Real Meal portions (the larges) are really good for a family of 4. So far I have placed about 15 different orders each of 4 various family meals, so that's a total of about 60 meals I've had thanks to Real Meals.
