The company has handled this with absolutely no urgency or professionalism. The chef was inappropriate and hostile with no effort from the company to compensate for damages. We are waiting for word back on the situation, but the company has been giving us the run around for 10 days with no communications from a manager or owner despite us being promised multiple times that they would get back to us the next day. We will be proceeding with legal action and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau due to the severity of the situation and the lack of action from the company.
