Imagine More has been unbelievable for us! We bought a new home in Windsor, CO, and I.M. has handled all of our home technology, lighting, curtains/drapes, and they have done excellent work! Brad is an absolute wizard when it comes to our home entertainment and internet. He set us up with everything we needed initially and he has been incredibly responsive anytime we have had questions since. I had high hopes when I first met with this company, but we have had nothing but problems with them once the install started, and I'm still finding problems. We hired Imagine More to do the low voltage wiring in our new home under construction -- Cat 6, phone, cable, blind prewire, and 4 TV prewires. The planning stage was fine, and we met during the electrical walkthrough to make sure we were all on the same page. It went downhill from there. *Despite our best planning efforts, Imagine More installed wiring from the original draft plan. We had two revisions to that draft. I happened to be in the area a few days after they finished and fortunately, I discovered this error before drywall went up. *The craftsmanship was shoddy with several Cat 6 cables crushed under metal staples. *Even after they came back to fix the first draft issue, several outlets were installed in the wrong position and had to be moved after drywall was up. *I did my own networking using the cables I paid them to install. During testing, I discovered that more than 20% of the cables tested bad. Imagine More had to come back and re-terminate a number of cables. * We had four TV prewires installed. I supplied one media box for the bedroom and they supplied three Strong media boxes for the other TVs. While doing my own hookups in those boxes, I discovered that every installation violated the manufacturer's directions and more importantly, the National Electric Code. Imagine More has come back several times to fix what they should have done right in the first place. They repaired one media box installation, but in the name of "If you want it done right, do it yourself," I'm going to redo the other two myself. We had also planned to have them come in and do our powered blinds, but at this point, we'll find some place else. We just don't want them in our house anymore. read more

We used Imagine More for a kitchen remodel about 5 years ago & had a great experience. This time was totally different. I was looking for ideas for blinds/ curtains. The designer who came out to our house was nice enough, but didn't have any real solutions. Not that big of a deal, I thought maybe she'd be good with lighting options. We walked through entire house talking about what I'd like, she took notes. I even met with her out at the showroom. I was surprised when she was trying to sell me on a laundry room fixture that was $229! She went on to not really understand what I had in mind. I thought, okay, let's just go on to exterior lighting. I picked out something I really liked & intended on ordering. She said she'd get back to me later that day... After ordering pendant lights for my new home on Wayfair AND Overstock, I just wasn't getting it right. I returned both options! One too big and one too small. That's when I thought, "Maybe I need a little help with this." BUT...I was worried about price. Well, I shouldn't have been worried! Not only did I get the BEST service and design help from Shea, she helped me find absolutely perfect and unique pendants for my kitchen....and stayed within my "Overstock" budget! Miss measured blinds, and the final product was just marginally better, when first installed we noticed a measurement error in two shades, but only one was initially reported for replacement. Question their commitment to quality and accuracy. We settled for a 3 star. Had they gotten the second measurement closer would have given them 4 for effort. read more

Pricing is not competitive - not even close! We got an estimate for window treatments for our entire house from Imagine More and the quote came in 50% higher than a competitor for a comparable product in terms of style & quality (pretty much the exact same thing). In comparing apples to apples, it doesn't make good financial sense to pay 50% more on an already expensive product like window treatments, so I do not recommend this place. Make sure you shop around & get a competitive quote before making a decision about window treatments as you can get a comparable quality product in the exact style, but with a much better price tag. I used Imagine More for all the lighting in our new house...but also for all the low voltage. I sat down with Lenard for a couple hours and went over every detail we could think of. It was a great experience because anything I couldn't think of, they were there to help me. For example, the best location for TV's, what to wire for future needs, how to wire, speaker placement, theater questions, etc etc. So far everything has been great! 9/7/15 I used Imagine More for all my lighting needs in my new home. I spent a lot of time with Lenard (the owner) going over the look I wanted and he was fantastic at helping me pick the items I needed. The choices they have to choose from are great, there were so many options it was over whelming but they helped me through the processes. They gave little pearls like having a little extra light in the laundry room so you could tell black from blue...Imagine More was great to work with and Lenard is just a great guy....Imagine More thanks for helping me get the home of my dreams....!!! Used this store for kitchen & laundry lighting. They have nice displays, so I could see the various shades of "white" lighting available on under cabinet strips. Lots of lights on display in store so I could see quality of items. The owner, Lenard gave me a catalog to take home so I could browse at home, and they also have a website., Prices are the same as other online stores....maybe a little better. It was really really nice having a professional help guide me with decisions, because the undercut lighting is a bit of specialty item I didn't know about. They have a really unique system of under cabinet tape LED lighting which I love & installed myself. read more
