My eyebrows went into my hairline at the cost, but as it turns out, they deliver and it was worth every penny. The $225 cake that never was... HORRIBLE experience on my birthday! Called and ordered a 3D cake design for my birthday. Sent detailed pics and was told....yes we can do it. Cake gets delivered and I am asked where is the cake going. It was the summer and I was having my party outside, and tell the delivery person that I can just take it outside just before the party starts. I am then told that the cake has to be "arranged" and that he will come back 15 minutes before the start of my party.... He doesn't come back until an hour AFTER my party started. The cake's appearance is a C- minus at best but I try to make the best of it. Literally FIVE minutes after the delivery person left, the cake collapses. I take pictures and send them to Imagine and ask for a phone call and a 50% discount on this $225 cake, which, by the way my friends and family thought was exceptionally generous of me given the lateness and the condition of the cake. I never received a return call; I only received an email from the "customer service" person informing me that I would receive a $75 refund on this catastrophe of a cake. Everyone knows that the cake is the focal point of a party...especially a birthday party. To show up late, having to piece together the cake, the cake looking mediocre at best, and then the cake collapsing five minutes after the delivery person left was tooooooooo much. The gracious thing to do would have been to offer me a complete refund and a discount on a future service. Hell, I was even willing to accept a 50% discount but to not return my phone call, not discuss the matter with me and then TELL me via email that you are only refunding me $75 when you ruined my cake and therefore birthday party is seriously messed up. Karma come uppeth. In response to Lisa's post below, first, he did not arrive on time. He was more than an hour late. Second, it didn't start raining until after he left. Third, like I told you in my email, a cake business should anticipate parties taking place OUTSIDE DURING THE SUMMER TIME. Fourth, if you look at the customer responses, you will start to see a pattern with your organizational behavior. One review maybe, but multiple reviews complaining of the same issues, e.g. leaning cakes, tardiness, and ghosting speaks volumes. read more

This is my third review and I feel that this review is important not only for customers but for management as well. I had pre-ordered one month in advance, a cake and cupcakes for my child's birthday celebration. I had asked if my purchase could be delivered on a specific date and time. With consistent communication on my end; I was informed that my cake would be delivered as request. I emailed to confirm the delivery confirmation two days prior to the delivery date and again the morning of the actual day of my child's celebration. The confirmation that I received was that "they were on schedule" with the delivery time. However, unfortunately my order was delivered 30 minutes late with no communication from the vendors end. It is now the delivery time request: I had called the company and the owner stated that his ETA was 5 mins. 15 mins after that I called again to receive no answer at all and still no communication from the business end. I then emailed the company again to obtain an ETA, no response. 30 minutes later, I tried calling again and the owner decides answered as he pulled up. The following morning, I received an email from the owner and a $30 dollar refund. I responded to the email expressing how displeased I was with the lateness and the lack of communication. The owner was extremely unprofessional. I had eventually asked if half of my payment could be refunded and the unprofessionalism seemed to have gotten worse. Rather than the owner respond to my complaint and request via the initial email he had sent; he proceeded to rudely address me via FB messenger. The comments he made were EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. It was very weird because somehow he managed to turn himself into the victim in this situation. I had to remind him that although we were connected on FB, we were not friends and this has always been business. Also how inappropriate it was and yet again how unprofessional his communication is. In the end; the conversation went so far left, almost into an argument and then nowhere and I had to block him. I was taken aback by this; given that I had been a consistent supportive and paying customer over the years. I did not at all appreciate how I was treated. The service was so poor; I couldn't believe it!! The cake and cupcakes tasted good. The design was as requested; with the acception of the figurine at the top. Overall, I've decided to no longer do business with this establishment. As a paying customer; I expect professionalism across the board. With professionalism comes proper communication and I didn't receive that. read more

The day before the shower, I checked in to ensure that everything was on track, wanting no surprises the day of the event, and Lisa assured me via email that everything was good to go. Unfortunately, that was not really the case. The cake and cupcakes matched the photos we supplied and were delicious, but upon delivery I was told that the cake pops would be late and then during the event received a text that they actually were not done at all. Yes, one third of the order was simply not done and we did not find out until it was too late to even run up the street and find some substitutes at a local bakery. Later, I was told that this part of the contract had been outsourced and not adequately managed. So, if we accept this explanation, while I would recommend this bakery for an event where you can be flexible in case the order is only partially complete, I can't recommend them for an event where the bakery item is key, such as a wedding cake. Although the part you get may be tasty and lovely, you need to be prepared to get only part of what you contract for. read more

I have been getting my sons birthday cakes from them for a few years now and they have never failed to do an amazing job. Not only do these cakes look amazing, they also taste amazing! The cake is consistently moist and delicious, great cake to buttercream ratio. The buttercream is delicious and isn't too sweet. They do a good job of making sure the fondant isn't too thick and that most of the cake is buttercream frosting (we aren't the biggest fans of fondant).
