I just had my yearly mammogram yesterday(6/11/2025) in Latham and Linda in reception checked me in- she couldn't have been more pleasant, helpful, kind, friendly and professional. I get very anxious before these appointments, and she was so patient. It helped so much. Taylor did my mammogram and she was a delight. She was upbeat and friendly. She dealt with my nerves like a real professional. She explained things clearly and obviously knew her business- that doesn't surprise me as she was trained by Ruth. Now we get to Ruth- she is amazing and has been doing my mammograms for years. As I say every time she needs to be cloned! She is like an angel to me and has always been the person that gets me through the stress. Just knowing she is in the building brings me comfort. I know she has been promoted(well deserved) and am so proud of her achievements but I do miss seeing her. Taylor might be my new "Ruth" if she would agree to taking me on...I will ask for her next year when I make my appointment. As you can tell there is no other place I will go to for mammograms. I feel blessed to have found you so many years ago. No matter who I encounter here there aren't enough positive words to say about each and every one of them-and after 20+ years I have met many! He said, "For the surgery, we'll have the radiologist at St Mary's place a wire at the site so we know what to remove, then you drive to Samaritan Hosp for the surgery." Never in my life have I heard of such a thing, & when I discussed it with my good, new surgeon, she thought it was outlandish.

He was more worried about answering his personal phone. Thats probably why he was running so late. Kinda rushed me out. He lied from the start. Cant trust a dr. Who is not truthful from the get go. Regardless to say I will be seeing a new dr. After talking to family and friends telling me if I'm not comfortable with him get a second opinion.

I had my first ever MRI in Clifton Park today. I did not know beforehand what the fasting test…read morewould entail. It was prescribed by my gastro doctor. 1. An IV to inject dye was needed. I am a "difficult draw" because of my small arteries. The staff member who did my MRI put the IV in skillfully on the first try which does not always happen. Thankful for her expertise! 2. The MRI was 20-25 minutes long and noisy. I had to wear a headset. She gave me a much appreciated and needed break after 10 minutes. There were lots of recorded holding your breath prompts through the test. 3. I received assistance getting off the table and placed in a wheelchair for a few minutes. It was a fasting test, so I appreciated the juice and pretzels that were offered to me. A nurse checked out that I was feeling well enough to leave the waiting room. I was. Office experience was 5 stars Care quality and expertise were 5 Plus Explanations of test were 5 Plus Patient care/concern was 5 Plus
