The medical side of the visit was excellent. The doctors were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to address my concerns. The clinical staff was friendly and efficient. For the actual care I received, I would give 5 stars without hesitation. The front office staff was decent overall--polite and helpful during the visit--but nothing exceptional. That portion of the experience lands around 3 stars. Unfortunately, the aftercare and customer service process is where things completely fall apart. All follow-up communication is routed through an offshore call center, and the experience there has been extremely frustrating. The service is poor, communication is difficult, and there is no clear way to escalate an issue or speak with a supervisor. What was most disappointing is that when I attempted to bring these concerns back to the local Glenmont office, the response was abrasive and completely unwilling to help, as if the matter was no longer their responsibility once the visit ended. In short: * 5 stars for the medical team * 3 stars for the office staff * 1 star for customer service and aftercare That averages out to 3 stars overall. The care itself is solid, but the post-visit experience seriously undermines what could otherwise be a great urgent care center. Found out yesterday that they deducted that money from an HSA account I had previously used there! They now tell me that will be "refunded" when my insurance pays them. My insurance company has STILL not received any claim from that day!

This summer was exceptional. They spotted a very difficult to find small tumor with their brand new 3D mammogram machine. My oncologist was shocked and impressed that they discovered it. She says this type of tumor is exceptionally well hidden and rarely seen until much larger. My prognosis is excellent and I am most grateful. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Paul and Heather were the Technicians who handled my MRI, and they listened to my concerns about the MRI chamber, as well as the possibility of finding a viable vein, due to my prior cancer treatments, for the contrast material. After a quick discussion we found a great vein and the infusion site was all set up. They also provided me with Headphones so that I could listen to relaxing music during the process ( traditional Japanese Music was my choice). When I contacted billing after their voicemail threatening collections to attempt to correct the address and set up a payment plan, I was told the problem was my fault for not including my apartment number on the original registration form. I was also told there were no flexible payment options outside of their automated system, which only allowed payment timing based on the original statement date rather than my current situation. Overall I do not believe they can provide adequate service based on simply blaming patients for their mailing system not accepting apartment numbers correctly. After a car accident, she was in pain, but NP Eliezer Hernandez dismissed her, documented that she was neurologically intact, walking steadily, and ambulating briskly without difficulty. Ignoring someone's pain is dangerous. Dismissing pain without thorough diagnostic steps is a breach of medical diligence. Before drawing conclusions, a provider should ensure they've ruled out potential injury. That same day, another provider ordered an MRI, confirming a sprain. Pain tolerance is not something to guess at. While the practice has many positive reviews, this one instance is a serious red flag. When pain is dismissed without thorough testing, it calls into question the integrity of care. If PA Kevin isn't there, I will not return.

I'll give them 2 days to work and if they don't I'll go to Albany Med cause folks I can't take much more of this. There were " patients " there that looked absolutely fine and belonged at urgent care about as much as I belong in a porn movie. NP?) working that day and she had a migraine and was working slowly. I left, and made an appointment with my physician, even though I have to wait four days to be seen. By the way, this particular Wellnow is no longer associated with Saint Peter's, though the sign is still on the building stating it is. Also, the reception area was extremely cold. The few people in there were complaining, but the receptionist had no control over the temperature. It was so cold I stood outside to warm up.
