I have been searching for a new nail salon for awhile now. I went to Image nails and had a regular pedicure and a no-chip manicure. It was during the day on a Friday so the salon was not busy at all. The two people working at the time were very nice. The woman that did my nails did a nice job. I tried the matte black finish and I can honestly say I was impressed with it. She didn't do the polish too thick so it looked really nice and did come off right away. Overall cleanliness wasn't horrible. I'd go back but not my go to spot. read more

I have been to Image nails in a couple years. I usually go to a different location to get my pedicures. I went there today and have to say I am pretty disappointed in the quality of the pedicure. The mail part looks good. They didn't actually remove like any dry or dead skin in my foot. I obviously didn't notice right away when I left. When I got home I was shocked. They were able to take me right away, not too many people inside and now I understand why. I got a pedicure on Thursday for the fact that I had been walking around in heels more often than I usually do and my feet were killing me. The massage was $35 and hot stones were rubbed on my legs, a scrub was used, and the lady was kind but it wasn't really worth it. I just looked at my nails and one of my toes, the entire polish came off in one piece. I don't know if the polish is bad quality but the fact the entire paint job peeled off, I will not be returning. read more

I came in for a pedicure and didnt want the basic base pedicure but the next level up. I came in with my friend and we were sat immediately in the spa chairs which was great but the the pedicure was in and out. She got the no chip I did not however we were both given basic pedicures and both of us walked out with the souls of our feet still chaffed. the full foot massage was no more than 2 minutes and still ingrown nail and cuticles that needed to be trimmed. I also had nail polish still on my skin. What a disappointment to say the least. read more

Normally I do not write reviews but this place deserves one. They were able to get me in right away and throughout the entire time I was there I never was left sitting or waiting. Most times when I go to any other nail salon I'm left waiting in the chair multiple times during the appointment and the process is very lengthy. This was not the case here. All the employees were very attentive to what I wanted and worked with me the entire time, start to finish. (No getting up and leaving me to sit & wait.) From as soon as I walked in to when I left it took exactly 1 hour for my previous acrylic set to be removed (from another salon) and get a new dip powder manicure (with tips). I was so impressed with the timeliness. The employees & facility was also cleaner than other salons I have been to. They all wore gloves, masks, and professional jackets to ensure both the customer & themselves were clean. They had a wide variety of colors to choose from and I can confidently say this is the best dip powder manicure I have ever gotten. I have been to way more "posh" salons and paid upwards of $60+ for not nearly as good of work. The total was $50 plus tip, and I was glad to pay that amount because the service & employees were so wonderful. A+, five stars, 10/10. read more

I have been going here for a number of years. They do fantastic work. I rarely have a break or a loose nail and I sometimes go 4 weeks without a fill. Nancy does a great job with nail art as well. The pedicures are nice and relaxing and they have 5 (I think) different options. They have updated all of the stations and it is always clean. I highly recommend them. read more

In my opinion, and my opinion only, they don't care about clients here, just how much they can charge, or cheat, the client out of. Stopped in without an appointment for a full set of gels on Saturday. Place was super busy but they said no problem, just a few minutes. The girl who did my nails seemed to be the boss. She did my nails plus two others at the same time all the while managing everyone else's work flow and yelling at them all in Vietnamese(?). I was in and out in 30 minutes and boy do my nails look it! They are a mess. Uneven and lumpy. The full set was $35. Good price, crap job. Just don't do it. read more

Horrible experience, they charged me 45 for the ugliest nails ever. Never goin there again they were so flat and wide. The color blue I wanted didn't even look good on my nails also the guy that did them was super rude and ignorant. Worse pedicure ever ! It was completely rushed because they were busy and didn't have enough people. My paint job looked like something a five year old did then I asked them to repaint my thumb toe and they sat me on a chair by the front door and put my foot with my shoe still on up on their knee not to mention I am six months pregnant so it was extremely uncomfortable and proceeded to repaint it four times and it was clumpy everytime. The woman got frustrated and started speaking a different language so some guy comes over that was probably someone's husband and re does the nail and it still looked bad but at this point I had to leave so I delt with it. When I get outside its not even the same pink as the other toes. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Worst experience ever , please do not go to this horrible shop. read more

Went to this nail salon with my mom and grandma and we waited two hours and 45 minutes just for us to get our nails done. They said that they could fit us in and it would be no problem, but it took forever to get our nails painted. With only three people working, They took walk ins as we were sitting with our feet in pedicure pools. I would not go here if you are at all in a time crunch or if you want excellent service, our nails don't even look that good because they were rushing so much. read more

I went into Image Nails tonight because it is local and I always get a nice pedicure and manicure. I haven't been there for several months because the owner is a DIVA! She is always shouting at her staff and stomping around angry. The last time I was there the owner did my nails and I asked her what was wrong and she said she was tired. It was uncomfortable having her digging at my fingers (taking her aggressions out on me!). TODAY TOPPED IT ALL!!!! A nice young girl named My did my pedicure and manicure. She was perfect! She worked very hard (it had been months!) and we even laughed because she really had to work at my feet. She did a great job! As we moved to my nails the owner came over and showed My a soiled towel. She screamed and yelled in Vietnamese. I asked the owner what she was saying (it was uncomfortable!!) so she threw up her hand and walked away. I think she would have kept going if I hadn't confronted her. Tears started streaming down the poor girls face and she tried to hide it! She sobbed and I patted her on her shoulder. IMAGE NAILS YOU NEED TO GET A NEW IMAGE!!!!! You need to show respect to your employees and NOT subject your customers to BULLYING. I will NOT go into Image Nails again --- it was upsetting. You spend 65 dollars plus tip and leave all stressed and upset for those poor employees who have to put up with that angry owner who is simply a beatch! Send the owner some mail and tell her to straighten out her act!!! TO THE OWNER: You're a nasty bully and you need to stop!!! Your customers cannot stand you... This place is awful... Went in for a mani/pedi when they were busy and people who came in after me were treated before me. Also they had a young girl clearly learning prepping people however it was clear she didn't know what she was doing when she spent 5 min filing down one toe till I told her to stop because it was painful she filed so low. My toes are different lengths on eaxh side and after telling them i was in a hurry after not being helped for 60 mins they decided to try and prep my nails for a mani. i was so aggravated by the rudeness and lack of ability by these people I decided this mani was occurring.. This place was slow with extremely bad service and their pedicure was also bad. They set you up in a chair w the water then leave you for 30 min before anyone even acknowledged I needed help. Not worth people time or money.. This place should go out of business what so supposed to be a nice relaxing mani pedi turned into an aggravating morning. read more

I always come here every two weeks to get my nails done. The place is very clean and nice and I never got disappointed. The staffs are supper friendly and do great job. They are experienced , take time to take care of my nails , never feel rush here. I recently tried no- chip color and it's amazing, it lasted for more than two weeks because when I came back after two weeks, my nails still look great with shiny color, plus, the price is so good, $25 for no-chip manicure. I will never come back again, due to credit card sham! Beware of using your credit/debit card here. I went in for a mani/pedi, paid my bill, and clearly wrote down the tip and total on the signed receipt. When i received my credit card statement, the charge was for $5 more than I had originally put down. I went back there, showed them my copy of the credit card receipt THEY charged, against my credit card bill. The woman who I spoke with pretended that she couldn't understand me or speak English that well, except that SHE WAS THE ONE WHO DID MY NAILS AND WE UNDERSTOOD EACH OTHER JUST FINE. Then I asked her to refund the money back to my credit card, and she said that only the owner knew how to do that on the credit card machine, and that he wasn't there (when I'm pretty sure he was) and that all she could do was give me a $5 gift card for the next time I came back. Too bad that will never happen! I will tell everyone I know to never go here because of what they did. What if they've charged more to other people than just myself and they didn't notice it? Pretty sure it's ILLEGAL to charge more than the customer has written down on the receipt. Beware of this place. read more
