Visited 7/3 with the women in my family in preparation for my wedding. Pros: very responsive to appointment messages via fb, decent selection of polishes, clean, appreciated dividers to help with social distancing, friendly staff, very cheap pricing Cons: you get what you pay for... the 3 ladies I brought all got a manicure and it had chipped for all of them by that night (didn't even make it to the wedding the next day), my no chip was very thick and has chipped 2 days later on multiple nails. I specifically asked twice for my nails to be squared and this did not happen. The pedicure seemed incomplete and the manicure did not follow all of the steps (like simple soaking at the beginning) that happen at other salons. All in all, I was really excited to support a local business but don't think I'll be back. I'd rather pay a little extra to make my nails look nicer and last more than a couple of days. read more

Worst manicure so far....very hard to support local business when they have no interest in doing a good job. No soaking of the fingers, no lotions used, filed unevenly, cuticles left untrimmed (even after I told her) and just very careless. No option of different levels of manicure or pedicure either. I brought all of this up to the manager who just sat there quiet and did nothing. Unfortunately, they will not last long at this rate. read more

I can't say enough good things about this business and its people! My sisters and I went there for manis and pedis and we all three were thrilled when we left. The quality of the work and the nail polish they use is excellent. Two of us are from the LA region and the quality of the work did not fall short of what we are used to getting. My little sister got a beautiful hand painted artistic set that are her favorite that she's ever gotten. The ladies including the owner Ziggy were so nice and funny, and honest about what they recommended, and they put in extra effort to try a couple things out when I wasn't sure what I wanted. And the pricing is very reasonable contrary to what another reviewer said. You really can't get this quality at this cost anywhere. Highly recommend! read more

I almost forgot to review this place but I remembered when I looked at my toes. I noticed how decent they look even though it's been A MONTH (don't judge me) since I've gotten them done! Lol anyways, I really enjoyed this place. The ladies were so nice, and they really did a great job. I swear my friend and I were asking to test every color, and they were so patient! This place was amazing! I went before Halloween so my colors I chose were different but I love them! For my pedicure I got the special peppermint which I recommend the most, last time I got the jasmine. The peppermint adds a tingle which made it more relaxing. Then they did the hot stone massage on my legs and feet, it was the best thing ever. With my manicure I kept changing my mind once I saw all the extra colors you can add on top of your no chip. She did ombré look with rose gold and purples. They were very nice and accommodating every time I chose a different topper. The chrome toppings are for no extra charges. I've gone to this salon before for pedis and I was typically pleased with the technicians. Today I had a noon appointment and they weren't ready for me until around 12:20 - since they all had customers they were tending to. Don't you think that someone makes a noon appt., the technician would be ready for you? Then the technician finally came and started to remove the no-chip polish and I gotta say, you'd think my nails were bricks cause she took to them with 100psi of herself - not the most gentle technician....it was the most terrifying experience I've ever had at a nail salon read more

Raised her price two times in 3 months! I have been going to Ziggy's for almost two years now. I have supported the start-up of her business and have been a GREAT tipper to her employees. Now in the last 3ish months, she has raised her price twice. I feel like she is throwing the screws at her loyal customers. I will NEVER do business with Ziggy Nails again. read more

I came here to use my Groupon for a pedicure. Although they were busy and behind schedule they did a great job. My pedicure was relaxing and the girl was friendly and made my experience great.
