Had a very good experience here from the start. Great service and fast and friendly service. Come see Michelle for a great service !

I recently moved to the area, and have tried a few other nail salons over the last couple of months. I've had decent experiences elsewhere, but my last trip to the salon was horrible. The color started chipping the very next day, the nails were put on crooked, and every nail was a different shape. I went in to image nails today, and had an amazing experience with Diana. She fixed the two nails that had fallen off, and made each nail the exact same shape while doing an amazing job with the color and design. I will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend you try this place out next time you're in the neighborhood. read more

My experience was not good. I should have taken a picture of the way she trimmed my toenails, but I had to fix it immediately, I couldn't stand it. It was not consistently done, a couple of them were cut way too far down, some were obnoxiously square-shaped and my big toe was cut so far in I had to do some preventative work to make sure they didn't come back ingrown. When I made a reservation I asked for them to remove my gel nails and just do a polish change, but they charged me for a full manicure which they did not make clear on the phone they would do. She couldn't get my gel nail polish off and had to file some of it off, leaving my nails pretty bumpy. She didn't put nail polish around my nail tips and for some reason they hadn't been smoothed so they were jaggedy and caught on everything, I had to use a buffer on them and put another top coat on them when I got home. read more

Clean cuticles and quick service. Pricing a bit high for basic pedi but can't complain.

Their remodel is gorgeous. They get busy so I definitely recommend a reservation. Great service all the way around and nice technicians. read more

You did quoted a price when I called that morning. Fact is your Solon is a rip off!! You charged us for work you didn't even do. Your workers stated " no I don't have time to do that" when my daughter asked for designs. You and your Solon ripped us off you Basically tipped yourself. read more

I went in for something very simple, shellac and design, I was charged $25 for a flower that looks terrible and a paint job that is not professional at all. Didn't cover the entire nail. And this simple thing took more than an hour. read more

"Amy" was terribly rude to me start to finish. She ignored my questions then got mad at me twice when I told her what I wanted, she didn't listen, then did my nail art wrong. I showed her a photo of exactly what I wanted (a simple flower) and she still did THAT wrong because she would not listen to me. I asked her if she wanted to see the photo again and she told me "no". When she got mad at me, I let her know she could at least be civil to a customer. Terrible experience start to finish. Management should know that she is really rude, and ruins the whole experience. read more

I went here about a month ago and I was very disappointed with the service. I made an appointment to have both a pedicure and manicure. Unfortunately, they didn't write down that I wanted both. After my manicure They did squeeze me in for a pedicure as long as I just had my toes painted. Thats all they did was paint my toes. No water no extra, but they charged me the same price. I will not be returning. He hurried up on my toes. What a waste. read more

I've finally found a great nail salon! Most places I've gone to have always cut me and I've always walked out unsatisfied. My experience at Image Nails and Spa is definitely something I will continue to share and continue to come back to! read more

I had dip manicure. I consider myself very picky and I noticed some patchy nails and asked if she could fix it and she filed my nail more and I said that's not good. I asked her again and she said it was fine and that it was my nail. I let that go, same day I go back to work and one nail chipped. Unfortunately I work nights and I'm sleeping when they open. I called days later because now I have 2 broken nails and they said they couldn't do it . I guess they collected their money and now it's a waste of their time to fix it. Do not waste your money read more

I've been coming here off and on for many years. It's very inconsistent. You can't tell if you are going to get the super sweet and customer service oriented people or the super snotty I'm doing you a favor by condescending to do your nails people. It seems like I can go about 4-6 times then wait a year and try it again. $45 to have to argue with the technician throughout the service is too much. She was on the phone, texting, not paying attention and had to redo my thumb twice. She and the guy who says he's owned the salon for 10 years informed me it was my fault for not drying my thumb correctly. Then the owner said I probably go to a salon with good equipment and his equipment isn't good ??? Good to know. Guess I'll try that other place. read more

It was my first time in as a walk in! WOW, I walked in wanting a basic sparkly design but sitting there with Mimi, she blew me away! They have so many color options and I LOVE the mirror polish she showed me. Her recommendation was exactly what I was looking for! The chrome nail look has me floored and I will definitely be returning and making several appointments. Even cleaned up my awful cuticles! So great, everyone was so friendly, y'all just earned a long time customer. read more

terrible service, I made an appointment online to do my nails, I filled out all the information, and a rude woman called me to ask me some questions, she wasn't even tactful to speak knowing that I don't speak English well, I decided to send her the photo of the nails that I wanted to and she just hung up on me, learn to do your job. read more

They are doing an ok job in terms of efficiency. However lack of attention to detail. The most recent time my gel nail chipped in one week without me doing much housework or cooking. I felt the service is a little rushed. Overall a 4 out of 5. read more

Just found my new favorite salon in Tigard! First time here and love newly renovated, modern look of the salon. And enjoying my mimosa drink! read more

I went to image nails and spa about a month ago for a pedicure, it was mediocre. They charged me an additional $5 to take the old shellac off of one toenail plus an additional fee to use my card. But overall it was not bad. I had another appointment today for 2pm. I am leaving tonight for the airport. At 1:50 I get a call stating that they do not have time for me and canceled my appointment. Super frustrating it being a Saturday and I am not able to find a last minute appointment anywhere else. read more

I have visited several times in the past few months. Most experienced have been positive. However, the last nail tech was so unprofessional! She messed up on several nails and I had to come back 4 days later bc one of my acrylics broke off. She admitted she forgot a step when I came back to have it fixed. She fixed it then said, "don't pay me to fix it but give me a tip!". I knew she had been told to fix it for free from the manager. I thought I misheard her so I asked her to repeat what she said. She said it again "don't pay me, but you give me a tip". The nail she fixed was horrible looking. She rushed and was upset she had to fix her mistake. The nail is super think with acrylic gel and it doesn't line up with my cuticle. I recommend this place for pedicures but not acrylics. Pros: salon is clean and most services are quick and timely (you do need an appointment) Overall, I would recommend this place, just the nail tech I had was rude and unprofessional. read more

I have been a client here at this location when it was Dream Nails for the last 5 years. It recently changed ownership and is now Image Nails and Spa. I've been going the last few months under the new ownership to get my nails done and have had a great experience. Everyone has been very nice and professional and I loved my nails. I decided to get a pedicure on 12/21. The day after, my big toe began hurting. I was leaving for a trip to Vegas for Christmas in the morning and by 12/23 my toe and foot were swollen and I couldn't walk on it. I was in a ton of pain. I ended up at an urgent care with cellulitis, (staff infection) which the doctor said she had seen many times caused by pedicures. I have never had cellulitis in my life and this was the first time I had a pedicure under the new ownership. The clinic refused to accept my medical insurance and I had to pay for the visit, shot of antibiotics and prescriptions out of pocket. I had a hard time walking around Vegas due to pain sand swelling. Really put a damper on my Christmas plans. I contacted Image Nails and Spa and the owner told me they sterilize their tools after every use and they use a liner every time in their pedicure chairs. I don't remember a liner being used. Of course she said there is no way this could have been caused by them. All I know is that I have never had cellulitis ever. I get a pedicure, then I end up with it, almost immediately after the pedicure. The owner said it must have been from an ingrown nail. I have photos of my infected toe and non infected toe and you can clearly see I don't have an ingrown toenail. If anything, they could pay me for my visit to urgent care and the antibiotics I had to buy. I have posted pictures here to show others what to watch out for! read more

Technician was sloppy and rude. She was horrible. Excess paint on my skin and didn't even properly paint the nails. Gaps that look like I had my nails done a week ago. Also she cut my finger and no apology. Accidents happen but this was especially bad. My nails look like trash. I thought I had found a good spot but the lady today ruined my experience. Got plain (not gel) manicures for 3 people. When it came time to pay was told it was $60! She said they raised prices $5 due to Covid. I didn't see any signage indicating a price increase. I run a small business and have had to incur expenses due to Covid but would never consider raising my prices. Also - two got started right away, I was told to have a seat then my gal disappeared for 20 minutes. The purpose was to do them together. read more

I just cannot say enough good about this place. I've gone back a few hundred times -- for manis & pedis. They are always so sweet. I've brought a few other people in with me to enjoy the great service, good prices and sweet smiling service and they are always so pleased to have new business so much so that I was admiring a polish color and the owner said, "take it! its yours. you do nice for me, I do nice for you." How sweet is that? The prices are still great! $22 pedi $13 mani. :] read more

This is a cute little mani/pedi place! Reasonably priced, good work. I usually make an appointment to see Kim. I have seen a few of the girls there, but Kim is by far the best. I'd say definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed. read more

I've been to many places and not very many places are as thorough as I like and this place is!!. Had a regular pedicure for $22. Maria was very nice and really friendly. She never once tried to up sell me on services! I appreciate that! Did a great job with my ingrown toenails. Painted them perfect. Even offered to change the color if I didn't like what I picked. I was a little late and she still took her time with me. Never felt like she was in a hurry. Maria did a very nice massage too. I like that she remembered my name. The shop is clean, lots of polish colors to choose from and the other staff was also quite friendly. Very nice service. I will return! read more
