She makes sure that you are as comfortable as you can be and is very personable which adds another level of comfort. I've gone to her for multiple services and I've never left disappointed. One of the services that I got was a back facial. What is a back facial, you ask? Well, let me explain. My back was very, very dry and was itching a lot. I mean, to the point that it was bothering me. A back facial fixed that right up. After that, my back felt moisturized and refreshed. I highly recommend it, especially during the winter months. I've also gotten a personalized facial and dermaplaining. My face was hydrated and super smooth. After that, my products at home felt like they were giving me more bang for my buck. I've gotten waxing services from her as well. She takes great care to make this service as comfortable as possible for you. I mean, it's not the most pleasant thing in the world, but I've had wayyy worse experiences. It's worth it to give her a shot to change your mind about how bad waxing is. And the cherry on top is, she is super nice and listens to exactly what you want done and what your goals with skincare are. She is actually amazing! She 100% deserves 5+ stars.

I've been to her twice and I overwhelmingly prefer her brazilian and vagacial services to the major wax chain I was using.

We booked with Norma based on available time and proximity to our hotel. I am ever so glad we picked her. We showed up at a townhouse, super cute, but I thought for sure I had the wrong place. We entered a space that was clean and calming. Norma's demeanor was professional, welcoming, and very soothing. My mother explained we were trying to do a mother-daughter day. Norma smiled and said it would be her pleasure to care for us both. We had side-by-side rooms. After a quick assessment, she recommended receiving the Signature Facial for both of us. She juggled us both without showing a sense of being juggled. I felt very calm and cared for but most importantly, I felt that Norma was taking the most excellent care of my Mother. This facial was the second one in my life and I am in awe of the difference it has truly made to my skin. It is quite obvious that she is very knowledgeable about skin and its care and that she is passionate about educating others about a continued skin care regimen. Other reviewers have said they felt like they have known Norma their entire life, and it is true; she welcomes you, cares for you, and advises you about skincare like a dear friend. My mother and I travel to Katy often and I genuinely look forward to seeing our new friend for more skincare soon. It was amazing.

What I can tell you is that Terry is truly the best and I have been going to her for too many years to count. We met when she was with Dr. Kornberg and her facial was part of my teenage daughter's regime for acne problems. My son, (now 30) started with Terry when he was thirteen and saw her VERY often because he was truly too lazy to wash and care for his face. She somehow managed to keep his acne under control???, and I assure you it was not an easy task. He lovingly called her the Queen of Torture, which always gave me a smile! We followed her to Dr Post and again when she branched out to her own spa. I still see Terry for skin maintenance and I know my skin looks younger than my age because of her treatments and suggestions. There are basics that will never change in skin care that she addresses and then there are the hundreds of new discoveries available. Terry is always researching the truths from the frauds. This is only part of her constant strive to be the best for her clients through education. Several years ago she decided to return to school and complete her nursing degree. I was very impressed that she found the time to finish nursing school with a family, a young son and a spa business....VERY IMPRESSIVE! So, I highly recommend Terry for clients of all ages. I don't like writing reviews, but these are things that I think needed to be shared with those out there looking for facial treatments that are true and honest.

It was a little hard to find but her daughter guided me there on the phone while I was lost. Initially it was a little off putting as I thought they might not be as sanitary because the wax was dark colored. I later found out she doesn't use wax but sugar. This process reduces irritation to the skin & is less painful. In my 35 years of life, I have only been waxed once when I was 19 for a pool party. I vowed never to do it again because of all the pain & skin irritation I experienced afterwards. There was minimal pain & absolutely no skin issues after this procedures. For $55 we thought it would be a deeper facial but it was not what we expected . The combo was $60 and the express facial was $55. Why not just get the combo then? $55 was not worth it for the express. Something you can do at home. Was couple soaps on your face and a hot towel and a face mask. And that's it. The sign made the express facial limited only outside sign made it seem so special but it's standard facial they have on their menu. Was very disappointed and won't be coming back. I understand costs have gone up. But if you're only going to do the bare minimum then charge accordingly.
