Quite possibly the worst facial I have ever received; painful, inexpert and rushed. The building itself is quite run down and the 'spa' was completely empty of any other people. My aesthetician clearly just came in to give me the facial and then left in a hurry. The extractions broke blood vessels and I was left with red welts for several days. Stay away. read more

I have had the micro needling services many times ( every 3 months or so) to resurface pores and smooth out my lines. Her numbing is really relaxing, as it takes 30 minutes. Canceled appointment the day of after I scheduled my appointment weeks in advance. Took my money and wasted my time. Horrible customer service. I've been nothing but patient and supportive with Erica. I found her through Groupon, the deal was for microblading + retouch. Erica told me it would help her out if I paid her instead of buy the Groupon, I decided to do that instead because I know Groupon charges a fee from the business for customers who bought the Groupon. Scheduled an appointment and had my first session of microblading. The color faded really fast (not the normal fade but after it healed it faded). I did everything I was told to do, including moisturizing and not picking at the scabs. Maximum it lasted was for 4 weeks and my eyebrows went back to being how they were. Then COVID hit, and I was being patient like the rest of the world. Was periodically checking in to make sure Erica didn't forget that I already paid for the retouch. After 5 months of not being able to schedule an appointment, I finally scheduled one on my way back from Montana. I contacted Erica, picked a date so I could come early from my trip and made sure I arrived early to make it to the appointment. My appointment was today. Followed her COVID policy. I contacted her when I showed up so I can stay in my car and she can let me know when to come up after she was done sanitizing the place. I texted her-no answer. I then contacted her through instagram to tell her I'm here (instagram messages is where we scheduled the appointment)- again no answer. Then I called her. No answer. 10 minutes later, she replies back with "Hi, I'm so sorry I sent you an email last night saying my daughter is sick and that I needed to reschedule" I checked my email and there was nothing. No email at all. I told her that I never received an email and she just ignored me and said "is there another date that would work for you?". I scheduled an appointment, ended my trip early, just to be told to come back another time. I'm not mad that she canceled, I'm mad that she didn't even care to inform me. I get it, life happens and things come up. But for her to think its okay to waste other people's time is inconsiderate and unprofessional. When you book an appointment online, she has you create an account with all your information: email address, phone number and yet when she cancels, she doesn't have the decency to let the person know. Horrible customer service. Only time I ever had microblading done and I already hate it. When I asked for a refund she said she'll throw in a free facial instead. Its unfair that she doesn't have any repercussions for screwing you over. read more

I've had 3 Luxe Microderm Facials now and each time my skin feels like a baby's ass and is getting better and better each treatment. This will 100% become a monthly routine. The first session I went on a whim after seeing a Groupon deal (which is usually a red flag) and Erika was renting out space in the back of a salon...not spa like. However, she has moved and in a nice, new, private space. Way more relaxing. And for the price (and she is always running deals), you cannot beat the price. At least half of what you would pay anywhere else. $85 for an enzyme peel, thorough micorderm, thorough extractions, and a calming mask. For the quality I would expect to pay twice as much.
