I have had a great experience at Chic Lash Boutique each time I have gone there. The location is small, but the services are great! You book an appointment ahead of time online, and they will text you to confirm the appointment. When you check in, there is a small waiting room, and you will be asked to remove your shoes and put on some comfy spa slides (I like this!) The only service I have had done is "mini lashes", and the ladies there do a wonderful job. I have asked for the lashes to look natural and not too long, and the results are great! I love everything about chic lash. They have created such a beautifully calming environment -- it feels like self care just walking in. I have gotten the mini facial whcih was fabulous and in the experience and the result. I have also received the mini lash extensions -- I like my make up and "look" on the more subtle side and they completely understood and nailed it. I had few times eyelash extensions experience before, the quality of the lash is totally could not compare with Chic Lash lashes, they use premium silk, it is super light, very comfortable to wear everyday. I'm 46 with some crepe to my upper lids which I thought would make the process more challenging, but they executed the service flawlessly. The result is fuller looking lashes with a nice, even and sweeping curl. They did a great job. I was expecting a slightly more dramatic effect but I still really like how they look, it was definitely an upgrade and I felt very well cared for there. When I wanted to get my lashes done and found Chic Lash, they promptly replied and were very friendly answering my questions and concerns. I had my lashes done in the past and was apprehensive as the experience was nothing compared to Chic Lash.... They made an appointment immediately and convenient to my schedule and were gracious, accommodating and understanding when I needed to change it a few times due to a few things that came up. When I arrived I was really impressed with the Boutique as it was decorated so beautifully, and was very clean, and pleasant. I loved the place immediately. The music was so relaxing setting a nice atmosphere. When I arrived everything was explained clearly and I felt extremely confident. Ashley was excellent when she put the lashes on. It was done with such expert precision and ease and didn't take so long. Everything was made to be comfortable. It was an amazing experience. I had one lash that stuck out and immediately was taken in a few days later to fix it. They were happy to. I am outraged. I asked for the max curling and max tinting and my eyelashes look like a 10-year-old crappily curled them. I was barely greeted by the woman in a well-decorated space and I had to fill out a waiver, what was a little weird about the waiver is that it was extremely expressed that there were no refunds. As soon as I got onto the table another woman came in and started shoving a camera into my face. There was no conversation.
