Laura is... one of my favorite humans now. I've been going to her for over a year now. I was going to a very highly regarded tox person down in the peninsula for years. and when she told me she couldn't do any more for my (very small) lips I was like 'this just feels crazy. i need to find someone new' and I found Laura. On my first appointment with her, she asked if my tox person had placed it in this certain spot to bring my brow tail up and out a bit and i was like 'WHAT?!? I don't think so?!? Please do that immediately!' lol And every time we do a little extra for my lips she listens to what I want and is conservative while GETTING that I do not look like a duck or have noticeable filler. When I showed her what I wanted more of from my bottom lip she did her thing and it came out exactly right. Do I have the lips of my late 80's, early 90's teen mag dreams? No because those giant puffy lips are not my genetics. HOWEVER... my lips are beautiful, natural looking and SO MUCH fuller and more visible than they were on their own. They are actually ideal and it took me decades to get here, but I'm here thanks to Laura. She also did an INCREDIBLE job with Sculptra (seriously, people that do heavy cheek filler are missing out) and I look at myself now like 'oh! yeah, THAT is what I look like'. I lost some weight over the last 3 years (naturally, slowly, but still) and with age on top of it, I realized i just didn't look like me anymore. I only needed 2 sessions of Sculptra and the memories of a sagging face are faded away. Laura isn't just highly skilled, she's wonderful, funny, real, grounded, and just a genuinely cool person. I went here after reading all the 5* reviews. Very nice, but unfortunately my Morpheus 8 treatment was rushed with only 1 pass (should have been 2). Based on the dots left by the needles, several areas were missed. The right side of my cheek by my nose was completely missed, only half of my upper lip and nose was missed completely. It is expensive, so you want to make sure you get two passes. The treatment was 10-12 minutes. I will continue with Morpheus 8 treatments, not at this office unfortunately. Hi Laura, My appointment was at 11:30 on June 27th. I was in my car at 11:44. I only had 1 pass. I even mentioned it to you as you were applying sunscreen. I thought you were putting something on my skin for the second pass. Nope. Now that you tell me three or four passes is what you normal do, I definitely feel robbed for 1 pass at 1,200.00. I had two stubborn dark spots on the face and after hundreds of dollars spent on skin lightening creams that did not do a thing, I wanted a quick solution and decided to go to see Laura. In 3-5 days, one of the two spots literally evaporated! It went through the healing process that Laura described to me ahead of time so there were no surprises...except on day 5. I could see the spot lightening and thought I would be pleased no matter what, but I did not expect that at the end of day 5, it was completely clear! I went to see Laura the other day to have a micro needling procedure done and I was a bit anxious as it was my first time ever and I felt a little out of my comfort zone as a guy. As soon as I arrived I was taken back by Laura's office as it was very clean and welcoming and she came out to greet me right away. We walked to a private room and she made me feel very at ease as I asked questions about the process. After making sure I was comfortable, we started with a cream on my face to make the micro needling process more pleasant. After every few moments she made sure to check in and see if I was doing okay as the process can feel like a pinching sensation at times. After we finished I asked about some of the face products she has in her office. She told me about the pros and cons of each and I went on my way with a new serum and some sunscreen which both have been working great.
