October 16, 2020 Yesterday, I noticed several Illumination FL trucks parked across my street, and several of their installers putting in a complete landscape lighting system for the neighbors house. As a major portion of our existing landscape lighting system had just been knocked out by lightning, destroying 15 LED landscape lights, I asked them to check out the system and see what needed repairing, replacing or enhancing. Brad walked back to our house with me, checked out the system and confirmed that the existing wiring was still OK, the existing transformer was also OK, there was adequate power to provide some additional lighting, which Brad pointed out would tremendously enhance the effect we previously had and thus provided a small (in work and cost) but extremely beautiful enhancement to our existing system, and provided a VERY reasonable quotation several hours later. Today, I received a call that they had finished their job across the street early, and they could do our job this very day. I was in shock because most Florida contractors would have disappeared for a month. In any event the next hour Brad and crew showed up, and finished the complete job. I was amazed. For several reasons, One, the job was completed almost before I knew it had started. Two, the job site was totally clean, as though no work had been done, Three, the enhancements recommended made a huge positive difference in the overall lighting effect on our house and landscaping, Four, EVERYTHING worked!! Lots of folks ask for reviews. I usually say, "No." Not this time. On a scale of 1 to 10, Illumination FL is a 12. Illumination FL has been assisting us with our landscape lighting for several years. It all began with a lightning strike that took out several fixtures and some underground wiring. They were prompt, arriving at the time designated. They did a complete assessment of the damage, fixed everything, and gave all our landscape lighting a once over--all at a fair price. So, when I discovered a problem with the landscape lighting in the rear of the property just days before we had a large party planned, I called Illumination FL. As always, they identified my account quickly so they had our Palm City location in mind when I made a major ask: Can someone be here tomorrow or the next day? This was a big ask as they keep a busy schedule. I was thrilled when the scheduler told me she could juggle a few things if the offered date/time would work. I told her I would juggle my calendar to make it work. As always, the service team arrived on schedule having given me a courtesy call in advance to confirm they were on the way. As always, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and equipped to solve whatever the problem turned out to be. This is the best company for lighting !!!!!!! I give the company 100 STARS! They installed my lighting system in just a couple of hours and they were on time and very professional and they know what they are doing. The system they installed is top notch, the best lighting system you will ever have. They are also amazing if you ever have an issue you know they will be at your house asap. From the moment I hired illumination Florida I knew I made the right decision. Tim and his crew sketched out a plan and proposal what exactly what I was trying to accomplish. They then came back in the evening hours to demo the lights on exactly what they would look like before they install them. This made me feel very comfortable in my decision since I am a visual type of person. They spent hours at my house until I was 100% satisfied with what I was buying. They did all this without even asking for a deposit. On installation day, I was very impressed. The entire crew was very professional and careful when buring the wires around my newly planted landscaping. We stopped at their booth at the Home Show and signed up to have someone come to our house to demonstrate what could be done with our garden lighting. I was contacted within days of the Home Show finish. Adam came to our house gave us a bunch of options and told us what would work best. We went ahead to have work done and couldn't be happier with the installation. Adam's crew came and installed the lights. They were quick, friendly and professional. Adam came the next evening to make sure everything was shining where it needed to be to get the best result. WOW. We were thrilled that we decided to have ILLUMINATION handle our outdoor lighting needs. Adam H., our lighting designer was brilliant in laying out the most amazing lighting design. With the incorporation of wash light, spot light, and cool light he created a beautiful effect. He was able to cast plant shadows on the front of the house while using cool light to intensify different features e.g. water fountain and various topiaries. Adam was extremely knowledgeable but most of all very interested in making me a satisfied customer. The installation crew did an excellent job as well. Tim arrived right as scheduled, reviewed our landscaping needs and made great recommendations without overselling what we really needed. The installation team arrived as scheduled and were able to complete in one day, however came back the next day as they were not completely satisfied with how the upper units were originally installed, which was awesome follow through for a perfect job. Our house looks beautiful, such an amazing upgrade! And reasonably priced for the quality of both the lighting and service. Night and day difference! Driving up to my house at night used to be a rather Dark experience. My wife had to get out of the car on the "dark side" and I was never really happy about that. Tim was quick to come up with a solution and gave me an estimate on the spot. After I agreed to the price I was on the calendar less then two weeks later and in one day I had absolutely beautiful lights that automatically go on every night and off before dawn. Wanted to leave a review from a very happy customer. Tim came out to talk to me about landscape lighting. He was prompt and professional and showed thought in where he advised I should put lights-- especially because I was on a budget and had to make some choices. The lighting was completed 3 days from our initial meeting. It looks fantastic and the quality iss top notch. We decided to add an additional light and I called Tim a few days later. Illumination FL did an amazing job at my home in Delray Beach. The owner Tim, his brother Brad and everybody on their team were very pleasant and helpful. They created the right lighting to illuminate the outdoors in a very elegant way without exaggerating the illumination of our property.
