Dr. Pinto is hands down one of the best chiropractors I've worked with. From the moment you walk into his office in West Hills, you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to understand what's going on, not just treat symptoms. What really stood out to me is how thorough he is. He explained everything clearly, walked me through the treatment plan, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. After just a few visits, I noticed a real improvement in my mobility and overall comfort. His approach feels both professional and personal, which is rare. You don't feel rushed, and you know you're in good hands. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. If you're looking for a chiropractor in West Hills who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping you feel better, I highly recommend Dr. Pinto. read more

LONG overdue review. The TLDR is: if you are looking for a fantastic chiropractor and are in the area Dr Pinto and Illuminate Chiropractic is the place to go. I was wary of seeing another chiropractor after my longtime one had retired years ago. After seeing an ad, I decided to give it a shot--that was almost two years ago. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. Michelle at the front desk is amazing--always working to accommodate/get me in when needed. I went through an evaluation and now on weekly maintenance (though things happen in and out of the gym that have made most appointments incredibly necessary while working a computer job). Dr Pinto is a fantastic wealth of knowledge and is also into fitness, health, and wellness, which is incredibly helpful when it comes to providing therapeutic support through adjustments for workout-related injuries and muscular imbalances, and offering solutions and guidance for problem areas, from neck/back issues to proper footwear and nutrition. I've been incredibly grateful to have found this office and can't recommend this place enough. If you're reading this and in search of pain relief or a good chiropractor...stop what you're doing and make an appointment--this is your sign. read more

Very impressive I've been going to chiropractors for 35 years. I relocated in finding one that fits you is not easy. At 68 I thought I was getting old and couldn't move. I found out I just needed an adjustment regiment. read more

Dr. Pinto is incredibly meticulous. He does a comprehensive examination before any adjustments. This includes X-rays, which he'll explain in detail, highlighting any problem areas. He also has you perform mobility tests to pinpoint the exact areas needing attention. I felt a significant improvement after just the first session! I'm thrilled with the results so far. I'm continuing treatment with Dr. Pinto to optimize my body's alignment and maximize my gym performance. read more

Dr Pinto offers quality professional care while making you feel comfortable and safe. Highly recommend his services!

Dr. Pinto is the most experienced and skillful Chiropractor I've come across, he's authentic in a way that makes you feel comfortable and welcomed in his office. The space has a vibe, it doesn't feel like a medical facility and you can tell healing takes place here. The process is seamless and specific, you're educated more about your body, and given answers as opposed to bandaid fixes for the concerns you've been having. I felt like part of the process every step of the way and felt listened to. The adjustment was the best I've ever had, it was deep and relieved the exact places I needed and wanted. I felt lighter, more mobile, and even stronger after. I felt that my problems were addressed instead of just my symptoms. I highly recommend anyone looking to take their health to the next level to check out Dr. Pinto at Illuminate Chiropractic because once you try you'll never be the same again!!! 11/10 would recommend. read more

Dr. Eric Pinto is the only chiropractor I trust. The way he seems to understand the treatment my body needs is unmatched. I always walk out feeling 10x better than when I walk in. I used to have so much low back pain with my squats before I started coming here and now I feel strong as ever! I've tried other chiropractors, but it's just not the same and now I won't ever go back. He has a way of easily explaining things to me, so that I can understand what's really going on with my body. Also the front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful, making the entire process very simple and easygoing. The atmosphere has such a good vibe and it always makes me look forward to coming back. Thank you for everything Dr. Pinto and I will see you soon! read more

As I was waiting to see Dr. Pinto for my appointment I kept seeing people walking out of his office with the biggest smiles in the world. They constantly talked about the relief they finally had from all the pain. Right away I could tell how caring and professional he was and I couldn't wait for him to help with my own pain. When I finally got inside like I expected he broke down the possible issues I might be facing because of my alignment. Within minutes he used his expertise to adjust me and I instantly felt relief and I almost cried because it was so powerful. I truly appreciate the time he took to help me and how much detail he spent explaining why these issues were occurring. Can't wait to see him again in the future! I appreciate you Dr. P read more

Dr. Pinto has been instrumental in helping me get out of chronic pain. I'm an ex college athlete (pole vault and hockey) and have had severe neck pain, mid back pain, and low back pain since high school (I'm 31 right now). After a few visits with him most of my symptoms have been alleviated and I'm on my way to living pain free. Dr. Pinto is very knowledgeable about his adjustments and very thorough in his explanations of his care plan for you. His office is a really warm and welcoming; there's always some nice vibey jazz music going on in the background. I'd 10/10 recommend!! read more

It had been quite some time since I had been adjusted. I must have been sub-100 lbs then, and I have been working on my fitness since, so I was honestly a little nervous coming in for a full adjustment with Dr. Pinto. When I walked in, however, I found the ambiance of their office calming and I truly enjoyed their aesthetic as well. Dr. Pinto is very knowledgeable about his craft, and I appreciated his consistent communication throughout the duration of my adjustment. A couple things that surprised me were 1.) how messed up my ankles were, and 2.) how my hips were so misaligned it apparently made one of my legs look longer than the other. I'll be honest, I had my reservations about getting my spine adjusted through my neck, and I was THIS close to opting out of it (lol), but I'm so glad I didn't because I actually needed that. Overall, my visit was very pleasant, and I came out of there feeling so much lighter. Thank you, Dr. Pinto, and his wonderful fiancé, Gianella, for making this adjustment experience so comfortable for me. I'll be sending everyone I know who needs an adjustment here! read more
