Do not use this doctor because of their poor billing practices. Absolute harassment! I had a small…read moreprocedure done and was told everything was covered by insurance except for the $100 facility fee, and now I'm being harassed for the second year in a row for different charges. The first year after being told it would be written off and it wasn't, I actually paid so I wouldn't be harassed anymore and was assured there were no more charges. Now once again, I'm being billed for something separate. Save yourself the frustration and find a different provider.

I loved Dr. Johnson, this review is for the staff and billing practices. I was searching for a…read morephysician who to help with debilitating knee pain and who had a calming bed side manner. My orthopedist referred me to this office. I am the first to admit, I am picky. But I thought Dr. Johnson would be perfect. I had a consultation and felt so comfortable, I immediately set up an appointment for a genicular nerve block procedure. The appointment was set for 3 weeks out. I inquired about insurance coverage before I left and I was told I was totally covered and that the procedure was at the West Hills Surgery Center. I followed up each week to make sure that everything was in order and each time (at least 3) I was told I am all set. Then, on the Thursday prior to the procedure I get a call stating that my insurance does not cover the surgery center, which is not at West Hills Surgery Center, but in Dr. Johnson's regular office. Additionally, there is a seperate Anesthesia charge. After stating that I had called several times and going back and forth with multiple phone calls, they finally said if I would see a different doctor (in their practice), he could do the procedure at a clinic that is covered by my insurance, but he only goes the once a month and I would not meet him the day of the procedure. Why wasn't I told this 3 weeks prior? The doctor who referred me told me they do not "up charge" but they obviously do! I asked if the doctor or office manager would call me to discuss the very poor office conmmunication, noone ever called. Now after reading other reviews here and online I see I am not the only one who experienced this situation. It's a shame because if they had told me up front that the surgery center was out of network, I probably would have gone ahead since I liked the doctor, but after feeling like a bait and switch situation, I felt that I could not trust the business.

Dr. Fadly is hands down THE best pain management doctor I have every had!!! I can't say enough…read moreabout the man. I am a veteran that has suffered from chronic spinal pain from compression fractures in my spine from my military service. I spent years dealing with the train wreck that is the VA. Where the VA simply offered pills as a fix all solution to chronic pain, Dr. Fadly offered "real" solutions!!! The military refused to utilize cement injection technology to fix my spine at the time of injury; however, Dr. Fadly utilized the technology 8 years after my injury, and he successfully reconstructed my spine. I have even received compliments from other doctors and X-Ray technicians when they have seen X-Ray imagery of my spine after Dr. Fadly's work. Every doctor and technician has stated with elated enthusiasm that Dr. Fadly had done incredible work. In addition, Dr. Fadly had helped me reduce my pain level and my medication intake. You can also expect Dr. Fadly to be at the cutting edge of technology. Ask Dr. Fadly about any new technique or procedure and you shouldn't be surprised to learn that he is not only aware but mastered the practice. With Dr. Fadly, you are not another barcode or number. You actually develop a doctor-patient relationship. I don't just think of Dr. Fadly as my doctor, but as a friend. He takes the time to listen to you with care and concern. Dr. Fadly truly loves what he does. After you receive your treatments, you can't help but hug the man, because you actually feel less pain, and you were treated like a human being. Unfortunately, being treated as a human being and not an addict or something worse is a rarity in this federally regulated medical field, as many of us chronic pain sufferers know too well. Luckily for us, there is Dr. Fadly. One caveat though. If you are someone who simply wants to get in and out of the office with zero interpersonal communication, don't seek Dr. Fadly for help with your chronic pain. One thing I loved about Dr. Fadly, that I again haven't found anywhere else, is that if you are having a lot of pain and need to be seen, Dr. Fadly will make time for you. Even if you didn't have an appointment. Dr. Fadly is extremely accessible!!! However, this can cause long wait times at his office on occasion. Yes, it can be annoying if you aren't the one in desperate need of relief. However, we are all getting older and some of our conditions are only going to get worse. So, while you are waiting a little longer because Dr. Fadly is unexpectedly helping someone else in extreme pain, know that Dr. Fadly will be there for you the day that pain rears its ugly head for you and you show up at Dr. Fadly's office begging for relief. That's right. You will NOT be turned away and asked to make an appointment a month out. However, this is practically the ONLY complaint Dr. Fadly receives. Unfortunately, I had to move away from the Los Angeles area. Ever since I had moved, I have been searching for a doctor that provides even remotely the same level of service. After two years, my searches have been in vain. I had never experienced such suburb medical service nor had a doctor-patient relationship prior to Dr. Fadly. I fear that I may never have one again, unless I can somehow move back to the LA area, which for Dr. Fadly alone, it would be worth it. And, that's saying a lot, considering all the traffic in LA!!! Let me put it this way. I am not the only patient that travels hundreds of miles to see Dr. Fadly and receive his treatments. I and other patients like me do it because it's worth it. You'll never find another doctor in the same caliber as Dr. Fadly. Period.

This clinic should be investigated and closed as soon as possible, and Dr. Fadley should no longer…read morebe allowed to practice medicine. I went to see Dr. Fadley for a cortisone injection to treat sciatic pain. While I was waiting in the exam room, I could clearly hear him yelling loudly at another patient. I have never witnessed anything like this from a doctor before. It made me feel very uneasy, especially knowing that he was about to give me an injection in my back. I chose to wear a mask in the office as a personal health choice. As I lay down to receive the shot, Dr. Fadley kept talking, appeared distracted, and misjudged the injection site. This caused blood to begin coming out of my back. I panicked and asked if everything was alright. His response was to scream at me again, telling me to turn around, face forward, and be quiet. After the procedure, he asked why I was wearing a mask. I told him it was to avoid getting sick. His reply was, "So you're one of those who actually believes in all that stuff." I am still not completely sure what he meant by that, but it was clear to me that he was being disrespectful and unprofessional. I am writing this to warn others. No one should have to go through what I experienced. Please think twice before trusting this man with your health.

West Hills Location…read more I was referred here for neck and back issues from a slip and fall. This place is not like any other PT place. I was at another place but felt like just a number. I truly love the personalized care and focus on my multitude of issues that I have. They addressed all my issues and always asking me about my well-being during and after each excercise. The people that work here are very sweet and professional. So far, I worked with David #1 and Henry. I cannot stress this enough, I feel like I am in good hands with them. I just found out that they have an app that shows all the exercises that I did at the PT. This is amazing, now i can do them at home and it will record it for me! Thank you Forward Motion! I dont want to go anywhere else!
