Very good Chiropractor, I've been going for the past 1.5 years and have been in a much better shape than before. Growing up with a bad spine (weak and irregular shaped) it throws off the body of its balance. Dr. Fine does a great job making sure things are back where they're supposed to be and some exercise tips to maintain. The first few months was in a program visiting twice a week due to a serious problem with the neck after studying an x-ray taken in the office, not enough oxygen and pinched nerves going on causing very weekly almost daily migraines. I've been here a few times now and have to say I feel very good. It's one thing to treat the pain, it's another thing to assess what could be causing it. Treating is temporary, but Dr. Fine took the time to explain to me what the cause was, and what I could do (or rather not do) in order to NOT repeat this. He looked over my existing x-rays from a car collision injury, and did a great job explaining his diagnosis and recommended course of treatment for me. Dr. Fine has helped me over the past 3 years. Every time I have something out of place, a rib, a disk, he has always been able to hone in on the problem and adjust me in a way that not only relieves the pain but leaves me stronger than before. Dr. Fine is a miracle worker! I came to him after an episode that left me pretty much incapacitated due to extreme lower back pain. Unable to walk on my own, I had to be transported via wheelchair around the Kaiser medical facility in order to visit my doctor, who prescribed me both a pain killer and muscle relaxant, telling me that my back would probably heal in about 2-3 weeks. The doctor, however, did nothing therapeutically to alleviate my actual condition, and the pain killers had only a negligible impact on my well-being, so I was still incapacitated and unable to work. That afternoon, desperate for relief, I visited Dr. Fine, having never sought out chiropractic care previously. After a short interview and check-up, Dr. Fine iced my lower back area, then proceeded to work his magic on my back. When I came in, I was in excruciating pain and could not stand erect or get in or out of chairs unassisted; after Dr. Fine's work, I could stand without even needing to lean on my arms to enter or exit a chair, and the pain was gone. I was able to stand erect and walk normally. I ceased taking pain medication immediately. Because my back muscles had been so inflamed, the doctor prescribed periodic icing of the area and two more follow-up visits. I just completed follow-up visit #1, and I FEEL GREAT! I almost suspect that I am better off now with regard to my back and physical dexterity than I was prior to experiencing my back problem and seeing the doctor. In conclusion, Dr. Fine is now an integral part of my healthcare regimen. He is both insightful and personable, displaying the utmost in professional courtesy and expertise. I never ever ever would have gone to a Chiropractor due to me being very fearful of any type of adjustment. My husband and I first started to get adjustments by Dr. Fine about 2 years ago and he is truly the best in his field...there's no doubt about him knowing and loving what he does. But after a while the girl that was his assistant or at the front desk just made us feel unwelcomed and I think since she had been with him for quite some time she allowed herself to get to comfortable and forgot this was her job. She was not the friendliest person out there and just never smiled, which is so important when you're the first face a patient sees when they come in for an appointment, and all of this did not mix well with the office atmosphere since Dr. Fine is always smiling and pretty much is a therapist and your chiropractor at the same time so to speak.....he's just down right polite and the best chiropractor out there. My husband and I eventually stopped going to see Dr. Fine because we just did not enjoy going there because this lady that was employed there. Well about a month ago my husband hurt himself and had to make an appointment to see Dr. Fine since the only way to fix a problem right is with the best tools around, and for his problem the best was Dr. Fine. So, I know I left a review already, but I couldn't help but leave another one. I injured myself lifting heavy weights at the gym. On my way home, I called Dr. Fine and he was able to fit me in. He knew just what to do! After 2 sessions, I went from not being able to move at all to regaining about 85-90% of my mobility. After a week, I'm now at about 99% and itching to work out again.
