I had extreme neck and shoulder pain from sleeping funny for 4 days so my bf brought me here to get adjusted. He's been here once when he was suffering from sever lower back pain. I had never had an adjustment so of course i was super nervous. However, the Dr. was very informative and understood my anxiety which helped me feel more comfortable with the procedure. (This is absolutely my personal testimony based off my one time experience at the clinic) A little over a year and a half ago, I had a sort of injury to my right shoulder from prolonged strain and along with the flux of pain, I lost 40-50% of my strength and range of movement in my right arm. I've been to this place a few times now, with each visit being just awesome. The front desk lady is welcoming, accommodating in regard to appointments, and always greets with a smile. A compression fracture of my L5 caused by an impact injury while surfing was severe enough to send most people to the OR which is no guarantee of permanent pain relief. Dr. Lewis saved me! I recently had a neck spasm so bad I ended up in the ER. The ER could do nothing but give me medication to ease the pain. Hello. to all who go to this office, BEWARE!! i was referred to this office by Steve Rubenstein an atty who recommended this office, for an insurance claim situation, for a car accident case, where i was rear ended. after doing a certain amount of visits with the understanding that the fee for all services was in lieu of me winning the case for the rear end car accident, my atty was unable to win and referred me to do a small claims case where i won a couple hundred dollars, and i had unwillingly signed forms that held me responsible for the cost if my atty lost the case. and afterwards my atty told the doctors office that i did win which was untrue. the chiropractic office, (cool breeze) came after me for over $4000 in visit costs, and i called the atty, and he said he would get them to stop, and they did for awhile, then they resumed, and took me to small claims court, which i attended, and because i did sign the forms, i was responsible for the over $4000 dollars in visit costs. IN CLOSING, I SAY, BEWARE, THIS OFFICE WILL RIP YOU OFF, AND IS NOT ETHICAL IN THEIR DEALINGS. THEY WILL CAUSE YOU TO PAY EVEN IF YOU ARE DOING IT FOR A INSURANCE CLAIM SITUATION. I have been here before and the service and knowledge of Dr. Lewis is excellent. I just recently had neck problems and called and he took me right away. After suffering with neck pain for the last two weeks, I finally couldn't take it anymore and plucked up the courage to walk into Cool Breeze Chiropractor (I was very nervous at the thought of someone cracking my back and neck) I was greeted by the office manager and unfortunately can't remember her name, but she was the sweetest & friendliest lady, who was so informative and made me feel very comfortable. She scheduled me in to see Dr Lewis he next day, he was very kind and understanding of my anxiety at having my back adjusted. He told me he was confident he could take away my pain and adjusted my back and neck which wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting!
