Nicest, best quality ceiling fans I've ever owned. What has brought me back a few times we're issues with the remote(s). It's to be expected. Things break down after years of use. The last two times (over years) Blaine has been the one to assist me. Each time he listened to the situation intently, decided best course of action, and quickly provided solution. And the last time I thought the replacement remote was faulty... I telephoned them while driving back to exchange when associate "kindly" mentioned if it was a remote problem they would absolutely replace it BUT they would also make sure it wasn't an issue with the wiring or fan itself. Oops... I didn't consider that possibility. Turned my car around, right after picking up some onolicious oxtail soup across the street from them. :-) After arriving home, reprogrammed my other remote to see if same issue and bingo! ... light on fan still not turning off with remote. Easy workaround... just use wall switch. Thank you Pacific Fans for your always great service! Thank you also for your kindness in talking to me, making sure I felt like a valued customer, not like an idiot for not figuring out the secondary issue (the first remote was still faulty and needed to be replaced !). I had to fix it but I hated an idea of having my popcorn ceiling back. It looked pretty ugly even undamaged. I've heard of stretch ceilings and that they are so popular in Europe but I wasn't sure if anybody could do that in the US. But I was in luck. I called them and was able to arrange the same day estimate. They arrived on time and took no time to inspect the room. They were very professional: came in with all equipment needed and didn't ask a lot of questions. I was absolutely amazed when I received a project estimate by email the very same night! (I have to add here that being a homeowner I had todeal with tons of construction crews, electricians, plumbers, etc. and usually they are not delivering what they promise on time and you almost have to chase them offering the job!). I was very pleased with estimate, so I decided to move forward. On the day of the ceiling assembly, the crew arrived on time, brought all equipment, and jumped on the project right away. I have to mention that it does take time to assemble the stretch ceiling but this job wasn't loud so I could work from home. The outcome was amazing! My ceiling is flawless! Thank you Azure Ceilings! I rescheduled him and he was late 4 hours. If he told me he was goona be 4 hours late, I would gone did my errands , but the main guy text me he will be here in one hour, so I waited , another text message , one more hours, he showed up 4 hours later. They started work so late they only had time to do the half of the hall way . 3ft X5ft hallway. They took out the light fixture on the hallway but didn't put it back so the hallway was dark. They told me they will be back the next day between 10-11am to finish the job. The next day, the main guy text me at 11 am saying he will be coming at noon. It's 12:50 . they not here yet.
