Mark walked me through what the different options were along with pricing. A few weeks later, my lamps were ready. I knew that the only place that would have a replacement bulb (halogen) was The Light Bulb Source. I used to go to them when they were in a small strip of stores where Patagonia is now. That was over 8 years ago so I am glad they relocated just a few steps away on Queen Street. The young girl at the front desk was very nice and the man next to her explained how to remove the weird bulb. He was also very nice. So I go home, climb the ladder (even though I am afraid of heights), push the bulb to one side and then rotate the bulb up and out. Phew! Grab the new bulb with gloves on because it says not to use with bare fingers, and then DUH! I bought the wrong size because I told them it was the big one. So I call them and was told I can exchange the big one for the small one. That's pretty awesome, right? 5 stars for this great company that solves my lighting problems! However, after this, I think I better let others do the "heavy" lifting for me.

The Light Garden was a beautiful floral…read morelight display at the Ward Center earlier this year and it was only here for a limited time. I'm so glad I researched how long it would be here so I was able to get out to it before they packed it up. The lights consistent of translucent tuplip-esque flower stems stationed on white foundations. The lights would glow in different colors ranging from blue, red, white, and yellow and would often follow the pattern and tune of whatever music was playing at the time. It was a fun little thing to do on a weeknight and I'm glad I got the chance to experience it. I do hope they bring this back at some point in the future.

There's were a great amount of people to make it busy but it was a really nice cool night. We along with everyone else took plenty of photos, enjoyed the music and the lights rhythmic. One word summary: SERVICE…read more.. Yes, Pacific Ceiling Fans have beautiful product. This is where my ceiling fans were purchased by previous owner of home. Nicest, best quality ceiling fans I've ever owned. What has brought me back a few times we're issues with the remote(s). It's to be expected. Things break down after years of use. The last two times (over years) Blaine has been the one to assist me. Each time he listened to the situation intently, decided best course of action, and quickly provided solution. And the last time I thought the replacement remote was faulty... I telephoned them while driving back to exchange when associate "kindly" mentioned if it was a remote problem they would absolutely replace it BUT they would also make sure it wasn't an issue with the wiring or fan itself. Oops... I didn't consider that possibility. Turned my car around, right after picking up some onolicious oxtail soup across the street from them. :-) After arriving home, reprogrammed my other remote to see if same issue and bingo! ... light on fan still not turning off with remote. Easy workaround... just use wall switch. Thank you Pacific Fans for your always great service! Thank you also for your kindness in talking to me, making sure I felt like a valued customer, not like an idiot for not figuring out the secondary issue (the first remote was still faulty and needed to be replaced !). You've got my future business and referrals to friends and family!
