It is now on Waiwai Loop right next to the rail station and Lagoon Chinese restaurant. They have a few parkings in front of the store. Once you enter the store, I was like "wow", the display are so nice. There are so many choices, everywhere you look, it is like a dream bathroom or kitchen display. The people who work there are also very helpful. I showed them the video of my toilet valve issue. They explained to me the steps that I need to do to change the valve. They even bring out a sample valve to show me how to do it, such information helps me a lot when I do my repair instead of reading through the manual. If you need bathroom stuffs, this is the place to go. They also have plumbing services, but it will cost me $100 to have someone change the valve for me. Since I did valve replacement before, I end up just do it myself. Go check this place out.

While I understand contractors may be busy, a simple update or message stating they couldn't take the job would be preferred over being ghosted. I was hoping to work with a licensed professional, but the lack of basic communication makes it difficult to recommend their services.
