She demonstrated the differences with each of the three models we were interested in. (There are more). There demo models have plastic covering so they can actually demonstrate with water, the spraying, flushing, everything. She told us the sale price of each, gave us brochures and spec sheets. She was very thorough. They can also get an electrician and plumber to install the outlet and the toilet. They also have an outstanding assortment of tubs, shower equipment, faucets, etc. What an awesome place to shop for your bathroom needs!

Kai and his team also finished the project a week ahead of schedule and kept the same team on the project which is unheard of. Out of the other 3 renovation projects I had in the past, they always finished a few weeks or a month behind schedule and the team constantly changed leading to delays and consistency issues. It was a very cutthroat corporate company that does not help with warranties does not help customers with items and is just strictly all about money.
