I came here after getting a new set of lashes from a different artist with which i was very unhappy. I had come in for a natural look and was given an extremely dramatic set that (while in itself was cute) was not at all what I asked for. I Booked my first appointment (they were able to squeeze me in an hour after my phone call might I add) at ILash studios simply to remove the lashes after the previous artist was reluctant to fix them but I was so pleasantly surprised when Lisa actually offered to fix the set rather than take it off. After removing some of the lashes and adding on a few shorter ones to give a more natural appearance, my lashes looked amazing and exactly how I had first wanted them. Not only were all of the staff super kind and professional but the salon itself is so clean, relaxing, and made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be coming back here!!! read more

Wow... If I could give zero stars I totally would!!! Lisa comes across as so nice and cool, and she tells you the cost. After a few visits, she totally jacks up the price and makes you feel guilty. Even at the beginning of the job, she'll tell you one price, then at the end of the service, she'll say it is more because she had to 'do' more. That's not fair!!! It wasn't just one time she did this to me. She did this a few times. I can't trust her anymore. Plus, you have to endure listening to her style of music the whole time, even if you're not really in the mood. I listened to it for months because I hoped her music put her in the zone to do the lashes. I suppose it did. She's ok, but not worth the slimy business ethics. read more

Bella, Jollie, and Anna are all great, so I always feel confident no matter who I book with. A couple of months ago, Bella gave me a lip color enhancement done and I am honestly obsessed. The healing process was smooth and the results are so natural that I have completely stopped wearing lipstick. Now I just use a little lip gloss each day and it looks perfect. To complete my put-together look, Bella did my Ombré eyebrows. They look so natural that you would never guess I had anything done, but my brows definitely appear fuller and more defined. Just this week, I tried the CryoSlimming and CryoToning body treatments. No music or any attempt to chat (the latter of which I'm fine with, but some may be put off by it). She did turn on some music briefly for 15 minutes when the products had to settle, but every song was followed by advertisements, so not at all relaxing - was not given any follow-up care tips until I specially asked about them I would have been able to overlook some of the things above if the results came out nice, but unfortunately they didn't. Day after: - corner eyelid has a tiny area that's red and raw (and painful to touch); I'm guessing it may have been burned from chemicals used. I had mentioned the stinging during appt, but was told it's normal - right eyelid slightly swollen - eyelashes are not even; very jagged The reason I gave two stars as opposed to just one is that the technician seemed friendly enough.
