I was super nervous at first, but she instantly made me feel comfortable and the wax was less painful compared to other places I have been too (I have a low pain tolerance). I'm extremely disappointed and concerned about the service I received today. This was my second time getting a bikini wax here. The first time I had no issues, but today the experience was completely unacceptable. Immediately after the waxing I felt intense burning and pain, which I initially assumed was normal irritation. However, when I got home I discovered blood on my underwear and noticed that the skin in a very sensitive area near my genital region had actually been cut. There is a visible cut or something red open vertical wound that should never happen during a professional waxing service. It is extremely painful, especially when I urinate, and I am very worried about possible infection. I have been getting waxing services for about 15 years and have never experienced anything like this before. This situation is very concerning and not something I expected from a professional service. I cannot believe this happened to me! read more

I went here to get a Brazilian, armpit, upper lip, and eyebrow wax done with Tran! I was pretty nervous because this was my first time getting a Brazilian and armpit wax, but Tran ensured that she took extra good care of me throughout the entire way. I really appreciated that she didn't rush the process. Not only is her technique quick and as gentle as possible, but her easygoing and kind personality helped put me at ease. However, after reading the reviews and getting tired of the commute just to get a sugaring done, I decided to try this place a few months ago and honestly it was a great decision to do so! Wendy made me feel welcome and comfortable and informed me about her practice and everything I needed to know before she got started. She worked very fast and it was almost virtually painless. Saw Wendy for the "manzillion" which is the male version of the Brazilian and she was fantastic! The one I used to see before (7 years) had to retire and I've been to a few since but I think I've found my new go-to person. She takes good care of you and makes sure you are very bare when the wax is done including taking out the stragglers that didn't come off during the wax itself. She's super cool and her vibe is calm and cool as a cucumber. She also offered to take care of my other areas that I didn't include as part of this appointment but was able to include that in this appt such as my ears, nose and eyebrows. She is a pro and only uses hard wax which in my opinion is the best kind to use instead of the soft wax. Soft wax sticks to your skin which causes more redness on your skin but hard wax only sticks to your hair and practically hovers over your skin. She also has a variety of hard wax depending on the sensitivity of your skin. I'm definitely going back to her again in 6 weeks or so. read more

I just found her through Yelp, I booked on her site (super easy), I had a question and posted on here and she answered SO FAST (I really appreciate that in a business), and I liked that the cancellation policy was 2 hours before not like a whole day (not that I would, but just in case of emergencies!) Parking - Street parking in front on the Main Street and directly across in the residential area which is where I usually park. It's in like a shared building but you just need to go into the door in front and go down the hall and turn right. I wasn't sure how the set up was inside her suite, like if she had a waiting room or anything but it's just the one room. Wendy is amazing!! This was my first time trying the hard wax and I got a Brazilian, the pain was super bearable. I've gotten sugar waxed before but this is honestly better in my opinion. With sugar waxing it was pulling my skin and I would get sweaty to where the sugar wax wouldn't stick. My skin was definitely not getting pulled you can tell it's just getting the hair and with Wendy she has a small fan aimed where she was waxing so it kept me from getting sweaty. LOVED THAT SHE HAS THAT!!! Wendy made this such a great experience for it being my first time with hard wax. You can tell she really loves what she does and is great at it! I chose her in particular because of all the wax technicians that were working at this particular place, she was the one that received the BEST reviews.
