On my eyes, the lashes hung forward, hit my glasses, and partially obstructed my vision. They also felt heavy on my naturally fine lashes. It's just not my personal style. The full set took about an hour, which made the experience feel more focused on speed than on customized eye-shape mapping. I do want to give credit where it's due: when I reached out, the studio was responsive and professional, offered to fix the set, and ultimately issued a partial refund, which I really appreciated. The studio is also reasonably priced and easy to book. This may be a great fit for clients who like bolder, dramatic, traditional glam lashes. If you're looking for a lighter or more natural/modern style, it may not be the best match. One additional thing to note is that the studio uses an open floor plan with multiple beds and clients in a shared room, which is consistent with the lower price point and worth knowing before you book.
