I hate leaving negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision about coming to this place. In a snapshot, where's my experience: - rushed service - no prep work at all- just began sticking stickers all over my eyes - Nothing about the materials laid out looked professional; looked very much like a DIY at-home -kit - pinched my corner eyelid with the tweezer within minutes of me laying down - that one really hurt - she worked on me in complete silence. No music or any attempt to chat (the latter of which I'm fine with, but some may be put off by it). She did turn on some music briefly for 15 minutes when the products had to settle, but every song was followed by advertisements, so not at all relaxing - was not given any follow-up care tips until I specially asked about them I would have been able to overlook some of the things above if the results came out nice, but unfortunately they didn't. Day after: - corner eyelid has a tiny area that's red and raw (and painful to touch); I'm guessing it may have been burned from chemicals used. I had mentioned the stinging during appt, but was told it's normal - right eyelid slightly swollen - eyelashes are not even; very jagged The reason I gave two stars as opposed to just one is that the technician seemed friendly enough. If you want to pamper yourself, this place is definitely not what you're looking for. Based on the other reviews, I'm assuming she just did a bad job on me as she was rushing to be somewhere else... I won't be giving this place another chance though. read more

Went to Judy to have a bad eyelash extension removed. It was my first time to have extensions and apparently the tech used too much glue that's why it was painful. I only wore them less than a week. Judy was very gentle and took her time to get all of it removed! The next day I booked a lash lift and tint. She did an awesome job as well! I actually fell asleep during the process...it was so relaxing. I won't go anywhere else! Totally recommend her to anyone who wants pampering and great service. read more

Judy is not only a sweetheart, but she is really good at what she does. It was my first time getting extensions and as my eyes are sensitive, I was fretting over the ordeal. My wedding was a week away. Judy spent about 15 minutes listening to my sob story, then she smiled at me and suggested I try just a half application of synthetic to see how it feels. I did, and LOVED it. It look soooo natural, not thick and chunky like what I see on TV. A day later, half of them fell off because I took a hot shower and had rubbed my eyes during the night, the exact 2 things she advised me not to do. I called Judy and she quickly squeezed me in after her last appointment. She greeted me with a smile and comforted me with small talk and told me not to worry about it and that we'd try again. I love this place. When you first walk in, You realize how relaxing and restful your treatment will be. I've gone to Judy for lash extensions and facials. I'm a huge fan of both. Her facials include wonderful products and lots of massage. I've been to other spas where a facial includes 30 minutes with steam and the attendant not in the room. Not the case here. I was in a bind and wanted my lashes done within the week, and Judy was more than accommodating to squeeze me in her schedule. Initially, I wasn't blown away the first time and thought my lashes just looked like they were curled, but it was my first time with mink so I didn't know what to expect. So I went to this place for a signature facial and I really did not like it, I went there thinking and wanting to have my nose clear of blackheads and Judy did not do any extractions at all in my nose I came home and I had to do the extraction my self and same for my chin no extraction at all, and I did mention her my nose and chin specifically to remove blackheads!!! I was so upset and disappointed that I didn't get the job well done. AMAZING!! I've had lashes in the past, and have always been disappointed after the first 2 weeks. NOT the case at all with Judy's quality work!! In fact, a customer at my job didn't believe they were extensions at all. She said she thought 100% they were my own.
