From the initial consultation through every follow-up visit, the entire office demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care. Dr. Sokoloff is highly skilled and thorough, taking the time to explain treatment plans and progress clearly. His staff is equally impressive--friendly, organized, and attentive to every detail. The office environment is welcoming and well-managed, which made each visit smooth and stress-free. I can't say enough wonderful things about my family's experience with Dr. Sokoloff and his entire…read moreoffice! Before starting the process for braces, I researched and consulted with several well regarded orthodontists. I decided on Dr. Sokoloff because of his stellar reputation and his kind and positive manner. I appreciated the time he took to explain the entire process to myself and my children. They both felt much more comfortable knowing what to expect and having the opportunity to ask questions. Dr. Sokoloff was also very honest and upfront regarding costs, which we found reasonable compared to others we had looked into. The office staff made working with our insurance company and arranging a payment plan easy and stress free. Over the years we saw Dr. Sokoloff, he was professional, encouraging, and patient. When my daughter went through some unrelated health problems that affected her ability to stay on top of appointments, he was understanding, compassionate, and accommodating. He went out of his way to make the necessary changes needed to assure she stayed on track until completion, without any further burden to us. When my son was away and lost his retainers, the office found us a local orthodontist in another state that he could go to get scanned so he didn't have rush home or wait for replacements. I will always be grateful for the way Dr. Sokoloff, Dr. Campbell (a wonderful addition to the practice), Patricia (at the front desk), and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond for my family. My daughter just got her braces off and her smile is stunning! It's hard to believe the difference. Dr. Sokoloff exceeded all our expectations. Orthodontics is a huge commitment, especially financially. You will not be disappointed with the treatment and care from this practice!

Dr. Cheung has really amazing energy, friendly, and was able to work within my price range, going out of her way to look through another insurance option. We discussed my plan according to that budget, and she set me up on a payment plan. The actual work was great too. Really easy to follow, and amazing results. The staff is all super friendly, knowledgeable and nice. The office, already very clean, made adjustments to abide by Covid protocols; I have complete confidence they are taking every precaution necessary. As a freelancer, I often have work coming and going last minute and often had to change my appointment. They were really flexible and never made me feel bad for having to change the time or day. If you're looking for orthodontic work, this is the place to go, for sure. Highly recommend!

I came to this orthodontist after transferring from another provider who had already damaged my…read morebite. He came recommended & the receptionist was very sweet and attentive- so I had hoped for thoughtful, corrective treatment. From the beginning, though, I didn't feel truly heard. My concerns were dismissed during the initial consultation, and the treatment plan had to be redone after I pushed back. I also specifically told the doctor (with photos) that one of his technicians had previously damaged the finish on one of my veneers while placing attachments. Despite that, he still had another technician (unsupervised) remove and replace my attachments again -- even after I expressed how nervous I was about it. The technician was aggressive, rushed, and careless -- using excessive pressure in areas that didn't need treatment at all. I left that appointment with bleeding gums, new gaps between my teeth (particularly the lower front 8), visible enamel thinning, sensitivity and translucency that wasn't there before, and noticeable changes to the shape of my teeth (Which cannot grow back.)I was assured that no IPR would be done, yet the spacing now allows me to move floss side-to-side between teeth that used to be tight. My teeth lost most of their roundness and fullness- they are now flattened, smaller and boxier When confronting them, I was met with gaslighting and lack of accountability. What hurts most is knowing I voiced my concerns more than once -- and was still treated as if they didn't matter. No one should have to fight this hard just to receive careful, respectful treatment. So basically I went in to fix a problem and ended up with an even bigger one. If you're considering this office, I encourage you to advocate fiercely for yourself, ask direct questions, and listen to your gut. I regret not protecting myself more firmly after the first red flag. Patients deserve to be heard and to have their treatment performed with care, especially when they come in already vulnerable and trying to fix previous mistakes.

I never had braces and just thought the overcrowding, teeth starting to move over each other, etc was just the undesirable effect of aging :-( Enter Greenwich Braces! Happy to report...Success! I just got everything removed - 2 months earlier than anticipated - and I am more than thrilled! People who don't know me have complimented me on my smile...I feel years younger, and my improved smile supports that.
