I was surprised to hear this and asked to speak to the dentist since I was not at the appointment. I asked several times to talk with the dentist to understand what was going on but the dentist declined to talk with me and said I would need to make an appointment. Meanwhile they were aggressively trying to schedule the work on the kids. This all seemed strange so we went for a second opinion. That dentist identified ZERO cavities. I hate to think of what kind of experience we avoided by leaving the Dental Equation. They wanted to put our kids through a lot of pain, not to mention a large expense, and it was completely unnecessary.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this office. My two stars is for the polite woman…read moreat the front desk, who was helpful with signing me in. I saw Dr. Dennise, and the whole visit felt rushed from start to finish. She told me I needed a root canal and had a cavity, which shocked me since I haven't had a cavity in many years. The cleaning itself didn't feel thorough at all -- definitely not like a proper cleaning I've had elsewhere. What concerned me most, however, was how quickly I was ushered into the financial office to discuss payments and scheduling. It seemed like the focus was more on locking me into costly treatments than on providing genuine care or taking the time to answer my questions. As a new patient, this left me feeling taken advantage of and honestly gave me the impression of a sales pitch rather than a medical visit. Because of this rushed and uncomfortable experience, I cannot recommend this dental office. Patients deserve thorough, honest, and patient-centered care, and unfortunately that was not what I experienced here.

His procedures are as near painless as any you'd ever find. Once when traveling in Europe, I found myself with a bad toothache. He urged me to see a local doctor and call him back to make sure Id take enough medication to survive the landing. He was just as caring as if I was sitting in his chair. This kind of care needs to be commended ... and now he has brought his bright, innovative daughter into his practice who my daughters adore!
