I saw Dr. Dennise, and the whole visit felt rushed from start to finish. She told me I needed a root canal and had a cavity, which shocked me since I haven't had a cavity in many years. The cleaning itself didn't feel thorough at all -- definitely not like a proper cleaning I've had elsewhere. What concerned me most, however, was how quickly I was ushered into the financial office to discuss payments and scheduling. It seemed like the focus was more on locking me into costly treatments than on providing genuine care or taking the time to answer my questions. As a new patient, this left me feeling taken advantage of and honestly gave me the impression of a sales pitch rather than a medical visit. Because of this rushed and uncomfortable experience, I cannot recommend this dental office. Patients deserve thorough, honest, and patient-centered care, and unfortunately that was not what I experienced here.

I asked several times to talk with the dentist to understand what was going on but the dentist declined to talk with me and said I would need to make an appointment. Meanwhile they were aggressively trying to schedule the work on the kids. This all seemed strange so we went for a second opinion. That dentist identified ZERO cavities. I hate to think of what kind of experience we avoided by leaving the Dental Equation.
