He is very thorough and always takes the time to explain what's going on in my mouth using cutting edge technology, and reviews ways to improve my hygiene in order to prevent any damage. They are completely focused on prevention and do not recommend procedures that are not necessary. Tracy always does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, and gives me great tips on how to keep my gums healthy, whether it's a special type of floss or which is the best toothbrush to use, and her name is Tracy you cant go wrong there.. She is my absolute Fave!!! Hata is very accommodating when it comes to my busy schedule. Everyone in the office is so pleasant and welcoming, it really makes it enjoyable to come here. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this office!

I was amazed by the the notebook/pad for registration, no more paper. Kids and adults will love the fish tank and its occupants. Dr T or George as his friends and patients refer to him is always striving to make his practice even better, whether its the array of high tech used to make his work easier and faster, or his pursuit of excellence teaching dentistry and pursuing continuing education. He is on the cutting edge of everything that will make the experience for patients easier, faster, as pain free as possible. Make it a family affair and have you, your spouse and your children as regular, ongoing patients.

Super love Westchester Gentle Dentistry! We've been coming here for a few years now. Dr. Alidadi…read moreand her staff are always very welcoming, and remember details from previous visits to help ensure our care is of the utmost quality, whether routine or for some work to be done. Their approach is as-advertised- gentle. They take breaks, check in to make sure we're comfortable during procedures, etc.- they are dedicated to their patients. More so, they establish a great rapport so it's always nice to catch up with them before and after the appointment itself. I'm sure if you visit you'll also happily become a routine patient of theirs.

I scheduled an appointment expecting to receive an exam, X-rays, and a routine cleaning. I received the exam, X-rays, and an Invisalign consultation. After the dentist completed the exam, she recommended a deep cleaning, fillings, and an extraction. Instead of moving forward with a cleaning, I was taken to speak with the financial coordinator, who reviewed the proposed treatment plan and costs. The deep cleaning would have cost over $1,000, with my portion being $477 after insurance. I was comfortable discussing the fillings, but I declined the extraction because it has never caused me any problems, and previous dentists have told me it could be monitored if it remained symptom-free. I explained that I was not ready to proceed with the deep cleaning and politely asked if I could receive a regular cleaning instead. I was told that I could not and that I should find another dental practice. That response was disappointing and felt unprofessional. What frustrated me most was that the deep cleaning was presented as a recommendation, yet I felt I had no choice if I wanted any cleaning at all. At every other dental office I've visited, when a deep cleaning was recommended and I declined, I was still given the option of a regular cleaning after discussing the risks and benefits. This was the first time I have ever been refused a cleaning altogether. I understand that treatment recommendations are important and that practices need to discuss available options. However, I also believe patients should be able to ask questions, decline recommended treatment, and still be treated respectfully. I left feeling like my concerns and preferences were not taken into consideration. To make matters more frustrating, my insurance benefits were used for the exam and X-rays, and I now have to schedule another appointment with my previous dentist to receive the cleaning I originally came in for. Overall, I left feeling disappointed by the experience. While the hygienist provided excellent care, the way my treatment options were handled and the lack of flexibility in discussing alternatives left me with a negative impression of the practice.

I fell at a gas station cuz there was a metal piece sticking up from the ground with no flag or sign advising so I fell flat on my face without anything blocking the hit because my hands were full, and my jaw slipped out of place and now I can't touch my teeth together, can't rip the meat off my ribs and I can't take a bite out of a sandwich or burger because it hurts so much and my teeth are now misaligned due to my fall. I got a brain in jury from the fall and didn't find out about my jaw until 4 years after the fall because it took that long for my jaw to slowly slip out of place to where I noticed. I only thought I gashed my eye, but no, I have a brain injury, narcolepsy, and I sleep 4-4.5 days a week every week. I also lucid dream, and I call it my other home now because as soon as I slip into sleep, I go right back to where I left off when I woke up and left there. So, I can't sue because I had no idea I had a brain injury or a misaligned jaw that calls for a dentist specialized in oral surgery, orthognatic surgery, TMJ, and class 3 malocclusion, which my dentist said is the hardest and most painful operation to heal from (about 12 months!!) I am not putting this humongous job into the hands of someone who is past his prime. He should go home and watch Price Is Right and sip mimosas with his wife and his toy poodle named Dolly. Not only is this going to be an extensive surgery, but it is going to cost an arm and a leg for my insurance company and a very long recovery time, and I don't want Mr. Skeleton Hands to do the job! I trust reviews when they are lengthy, detailed, and honest because the ones that say he's so great, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and the office is clear, and the doctor is always on time and alert! They are lying or they are sucking up because they happened to have had a cleaning that went well or their parents are friends of theirs. Reviews that give me the low down and dirty I believe and I listen to. I am doing that with this one!!! "A real professional in every way" and "He is sensitive, professional & a top notch surgeon" sounds like some donkey dung to me!
