From the first step inside I was beckoned to the modern front desk, riddled with computers of all shapes and sizes. To my left, a rotunda of Apples, computers that is- about 6 of them all loaded up with inviting games and graphics. Flat Screen TVs abound. The examination rooms entail the perfect blend between professional functionality and, well, FUN- perfect for extraction entertainment- a true Dental Diversion (but only for the patient) as Dr. Cooper is a truely gentle, caring, yet utterly comprehensive EXPERT in his field. As luck would have it, my 11 year old knocked out 1 of his adult front teeth while we were on vacation a few weeks ago. We were across the country and Dr. Sinnarajah called a colleague and had him seen as an emergency to protect his nerve root. While the orthodontist was kind and did his best, there was no way he was equipped to handle this with my very sensitive/sensory challenged son, and both visits were traumatizing and unsuccessful. Dr. Patel, and her wonderful staff - especially Maryluz who truly went above and beyond to help us-- got our son back into a trusting place, then were able to fit him and finally get the palate expander on with no trauma. We will forever be grateful because we know this goes beyond appearance - it is important for his health for a lifetime. We moved our 5 year old to the practice as well.

They are just trying to make their Christmas rather than be professional and care for their patients or your pocket. THEY USE FEAR PITCHES to convince you pay upfront for procedures your child most likely doesn't even need and won't deal with the insurance, since most likely even the insurance will deny it.

My son is medically complex with allergies as well, which was the reason why we left our prior dentist. They took great care and precaution in regards to his allergies as well as his medical condition. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and very fun and lighthearted with my son. I would say if you're lucky enough to have an available appointment in this office it's worth the wait. His anxiety was not apparent in this practice. Fantastic career young children/toddlers.
