The staff there is wonderful, the office is immaculate and the vibe is friendly and caring. In my first call to schedule, I spoke with Julianne, the patient coordinator, and she was so wonderful and super-supportive. Nothing is a problem there; the office is very accommodating. I had multiple cleanings and my flipper replaced before my wedding in September. Dr. Catone really seemed to care about making my teeth as perfect as possible for my wedding. His office staff is terrible and Michelle puts wrong codes into insurance company so she can try to charge you extra money out of your pocket. Michelle will also try to double charge you for things like numbing cream for your gums or charge different prices, my husband was charged $22 and was charged $35. She also will try and cancel appts you made to squeeze people in without insurance to get the money for big procedures. I have opted to discontinue using the office for future procedures
