My son is medically complex with allergies as well, which was the reason why we left our prior dentist. They took great care and precaution in regards to his allergies as well as his medical condition. The hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and very fun and lighthearted with my son. I would say if you're lucky enough to have an available appointment in this office it's worth the wait. His anxiety was not apparent in this practice. Fantastic career young children/toddlers.

She is rude, nasty, and almost seems to get a weird sense of joy in making a scene about certain rules. Rules, that yes I did break. I was late bringing my child; with that being said charge me $25-50, cancel the appointment- however to publicly humiliate me in front of staff, other parents waiting (even comparing myself to another parent who walked in and made the comment, " oh, great, we have a parent who is on time; unlike other ones". Yes I understand it is rude to be late but adults working in these positions do not need to decide to make extreme rude comments etc

I left work early for my 3 o'clock appointment only to find out that it had been mistakenly scheduled for Wednesday at 3 o'clock. Needless to say I was not happy. However there seemed to be a light at the end of the tunnel. They told me that their 4 o'clock appointment had not confirmed the appointment despite sending several text messages. So, I waited there for over an hour. About five minutes before 4 o'clock they said if she doesn't show up you can have her appointment. Well needless to say she showed up at 4:07 and took her in instead of me. I don't like to waste my time and I abhor when other people do! My daughter is now almost 30 and has never had a cavity and cleans her back teeth well. As a mother, I was prepared to pick up the pieces after the talk, but it was delivered with compassion and received well. She responded immediately, kept in touch Friday night as we navigated the Emergency room and even called me at 2am when she heard we were finally leaving the ER. She reached out early Saturday with an early morning appointment with an oral surgeon and continued to reach out throughout the week to make sure my daoughter was recovering well. Personally, I have terribly tusks. One could even say I am the owner of insubordinate ivory incisors.... Needless to say, Ive seen many dentist offices. From the first step inside I was beckoned to the modern front desk, riddled with computers of all shapes and sizes. To my left, a rotunda of Apples, computers that is- about 6 of them all loaded up with inviting games and graphics. Flat Screen TVs abound. The examination rooms entail the perfect blend between professional functionality and, well, FUN- perfect for extraction entertainment- a true Dental Diversion (but only for the patient) as Dr. Cooper is a truely gentle, caring, yet utterly comprehensive EXPERT in his field.
