Frank is without a doubt, the very best dentist I have ever been to. He has literally saved my smile. I thought I was going to loose a front tooth and have had numerous old fillings crack, along with some other issues. He immediately makes you feel calm and is positive. He can fix anything, and make it look perfect. He is quick and shows you what he is doing, or explains what he is going to do. Going to the dentist is never anyone's first choice. Basically it is something one needs to do. Saturday night my friend had a dental emergency. She tried to reach several dentists to no avail but, Dr. Frank personally responded to her call. He told her come to his office and he would meet her. We were both blown away by Dr. Bottino's manner. He was so welcoming and kind. Despite the late hour on a holiday weekend, he took expert care of the problem. I don't know when was the last time I met a professional with such obvious passion and love for his work. I've never written a review but, I had to this time. I've never really had good experiences with dentists and I've been to many in the past 40 years. UNTIL NOW!! My teeth were in pretty bad shape and I'm in the process of having 5 crowns being done, (3 done, 2 in the process) I'm so impressed with Dr Bottino, he is a caring, gentle and very meticulous dentist. He goes above and beyond, you can call him an artist with the care he puts into his work. I also have to say his assistant Ashley will definitely make you feel at ease, she is also super caring and does a great job. Together they make an amazing team and get you in and out actually enjoying your visit, if you can believe that. My 9 year old had a dental emergency last night (her front permanent tooth was broken more than in half!) Dr. Bottino called us right away and personally offered to meet us at 8 PM to assist my daughter so that she did not have to go to school missing her tooth the next day. He somehow numbed her without her even knowing it was a shot, and his amazing office complete with TV's on the ceiling for patients!) kept her mesmerized, calm and still as it performed the very delicate procedure. We were in and out and back home within 1 hr and 15 minutes of leaving our house. Our daughter exclaimed "that was SO fun!" and practically skipped home. I will literally never go anywhere else for anyone in our family now we have found him. His compassion is unparalleled - and her smile is restored! read more

I chipped my front tooth opening one of those Poland Spring Sports bottles.. I used my front teeth..(I won't do that again!)....Needless to say I needed to get it repaired. Because it's my front tooth I was leery of going to just any Dentist. I wanted the best for my pearly whites..I asked around family and friends and was referred by a colleague of Dr. Bottino. Dr. Bottino is a master of dental art-- the name of his practice says it all! I was told by another dentist AND an endodontist that I needed a root canal on my #18 tooth, and within days, the tooth developed a vertical crack, too. A friend highly recommended that I let Dr. Bottino take a look at it. I texted the doctor (on his day off) and he put me in touch with his amazing office manager, Jen, who got me scheduled and talked me through how they would work with my insurance company. Dr. Bottino took one look at the tooth and said that felt that he could save it without performing a root canal. He did so painlessly and quickly and documented the whole process so that I could see exactly what he had done. By avoiding the root canal suggested by the 2 preferred providers on my plan, Dr. Bottino (not a preferred provider on my plan) saved me a bundle of money AND saved my tooth! It doesn't get much better than that!!! read more

Watch your wallet here! I am an anxious patient because of PTSD. They could have cared less and wanted to drug me up with valium. I have asthma and valium could be dangerous for me. Again, they could have cared less. The dental hygienist was very preachy to me (she is not the picture of health) and kept bragging to me that she knows so much because she's always taking classes. In addition, they said they take my insurance and they don't tell you that they don't accept the rates that Cigna negotiates. This is very deceptive and unethical. I know this happened to other people, too. Lots of high tech equipment and procedures, but a at a premium price. They are in the business to make $$$. read more

Dr. Bottino has to be one of the best dentists around. I'm always hesitant to go to a new dentist, but Dr. Bottino handled my concerns well. He takes his time with his patients, is very detailed (to the extent of being a perfectionist) and explains everything his patients may want to know. He does what he thinks is in the patient's best interest. For example, one day an old filling of mine came out. I'm sure he would've made more money doing a root canal, but he had faith that he could avoid that, and after consulting with me, agreed to do a 'core buildup', whatever that may be. It worked well, and I saved a ton of money and pain. I don't have kids myself, but have overheard him with a younger patient and I think he was great. To be blunt, if Dr. Bottino were to open his own office (even if far away), I'd switch in a heartbeat. He's great at what he does, plain and simple. read more
