    Savage pizza!

Can't fault this place, the best pizza I've had so far in Dublin, great coffee and cake and super friendly staff - add to that the prices are so reasonable, where else would you get Prosecco for &5.50?! A must visit if you are in Howth and looking for a casual bite to eat:

Perth panini. Mozzarella , Aubergine, artichoke

Coffee is ok nothing special. The panini are AMAZING ! I tried the Perth ( Aubergine , mozzarella Di buffala PLEASE, artichoke ). Cheap as well 4,40 for the panini. So good. It's nice to hear the team speak in Italian, it gives a nice atmosphereinside ( hope they say good things :p ). Staff are lovely so don't hesitate.

I had a Darwin panini and my friend a Melbourne. Both were great and the ingredients super fresh (they cut the ham on the spot!). The coffee is good and the music awesome (if you're into the 80s as well). I'd definitely recommend this place!

Sharing a Savignon Blanc in Il Panorama Cafe :)

This Café is a great spot to stop by after a walk along Howth pier and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and panini or glass of wine and cheeseboard! Both options are amazing and the view from the window is gorgeous overlooking the harbour. The only thing I would say is the cafe is very small so if you would like a seat you would need to avoid peak times!

Sarda pizza with rocket and a meat and cheese platter from il panorama with their lovely Cabernet Merlot at only €4.90 a glass!

Great service, super friendly place. Can get a little packed and it makes it awkward to order.

They were also about twice the size of paninis made with sliced bread as they use individual loaves for each sandwich.

Howth is a haven of cafes & restaurants. We stopped by East Cafe Bar for the relaxed atmosphere…read more We ordered drinks (Guinness - good, Prosecco - completely flat) and the seafood chowder, crab claws, oysters Rockefeller, and house chips. The seafood chowder was thick and creamy, with a wonderful flavor but not a lot of actual seafood in the bowl. The oysters Rockefeller were abysmal -- not an ounce of moisture or much flavor, with what I can only assume to be oyster dried up in a shell of sandy crumbs. Crab claws were tasty and meaty but a bit overcooked. I find it perplexing that a cafe attached to a well-established seafood restaurant didn't actually have any utensil for seafood except regular forks. We asked for a seafood cracker for the large crab claws, and were told they didn't have any. We were offered lobster picks but they never arrived. The home chips we ordered also never arrived, but we had waited so long (40 mins) for the food at that stage that we didn't bother asking for them. Overall, the service was lacking. We, along with two other parties, were standing around for about 10 mins (sign said wait to be seated), with multiple staff walking by us. Eventually, we grabbed someone and asked to be seated at the counter opposite of the bar which was completely empty. When we asked about the delay with the food, no one bothered getting back to us and we had to ask for updates. I love the relaxed ambience, but the service and food left a lot to be desired. For the price, there are much better options in the area.

Sitting outside overlooking the pier is really an idolic location. I had the crab claws which we out of this world, the prawns which we amazing fresh Dublin Bay prawns and the burger which was also really good. I had a pack of kids with me and they were very accommodating and the kids fish and chips was perfect. The service was great - for a small place they seemed to have tons of staff who were really quick and efficient and also friendly. The prices aren't bad - certainly not cheap but for such amazing food you certainly get what you pay for.
