I had a slice of Funghi and Mortadella Di Pistachio. The Funghi is very good, Mushrooms along with the creamy Ricotta makes a good slice but the Mortadella Di Pistachio (or MDP is how I refer to it when speaking to anyone who'll listen) is out of this world. Creamy, slight saltiness from the Mortadella and Pesto, Ricotta and finished off with the creamy Burrata and Pistachios, it was transcendent. The Pepperoni looks really good and I'm sure I'll try it on my next visit.....if they out of MDP. Sole Mio is minimally decorated and pretty quiet and very intimate.
