ŠTØR BYGGNÅD (that's Swedish for "BIG ASS STORE") Holy mother of god. This place is so immense and has so much......stuff, I don't even know where to start. Okay, well let's begin with the parking lot. IKEA is so huge and accommodates so many people, they have to post identifiers on the light poles so people can find their damn car afterwards (not unlike Six Flags). In fact, when I was there on a Sunday, they were in the midst of their "million dollar days", which is when the store projects to pull in $1M in revenue per day. The adventure begins when you first walk in. Instead of the usual sliding glass door, this IKEA utilizes a colossal revolving door with 'sections' that could easily fit a dozen people. Greeters are stationed at each floor, while the famous shopping cart escalators safely carry your merchandise up & down as you ride adjacent to it (they're freaking awesome). Despite the presence of 'shortcuts', it's not difficult to get lost among the various kitchen knick knacks and bathroom fixtures that are so-inexpensive-it-feels-like-stealing. Just follow the arrows painted on the ground, and you'll make it out of here alive. Probably. I came here with a very specific thing in mind (a rectangular black dining table). Eventually -- after much consternation and back-tracking -- I found not only the exact item I sought, but I found it at a greatly reduced price ($79) AND with upholstered chairs that matched (only $35 each!!) Basically, a kitchen table with 4 chairs for a little over $200. Just incredible. The craziest thing about IKEA is that although you don't plan on getting anything more than what's "on the list", you'll undoubtedly see a gem or two that's worth buying. Point in case, I spotted a set of black/white dinner plates that are perfect for presenting a dish I wanted to try out. Elsewhere, LeAnn P found a giant 5' x 4' tapestry of the Chicago skyline that she'd been searching everywhere for. We had ZERO luck in finding anything at the crappy Bolingbrook location, but at this one we got everything we wanted/needed, and much more. You can get edible foodstuffs with lingonberry sauce at their giant, centrally-located restaurant, or pickup hot, freshly-made cinnamon rolls at the exit. The absurdly inexpensive grub here is a ploy to keep customers from exiting the building ("why leave the store, you might decide not to return! Stay here, eat our Swedish meatballs, and shop some more!" - IKEA rep, most likely) A brilliant business strategy. Quick shoutout to Jo Z who was super friendly and took the time to engage me in conversation. Come to think of it, all of the employees were helpful throughout our visit to this furniture Holy Land. This place should have its own zipcode; the Schaumburg Ikea absolutely dwarfs the Bolingbrook one by comparison. I never really buy much from here so i'm not sure why, but i usually go about once every 5 years whether i need to or not. LOL. IKEA is basically lower-end, particle board furniture for either children, first homes or folks who just can't or don't want to spend a lot of money on furniture. In addition, it has traditionally (pun on words) been fairly modern style furniture. When my son was growing up i bought some of his bedroom furniture from here so that i wouldn't be horribly upset if it got ruined. And TBH, it lasted like 6-8 years depending on the piece. So i got my money's worth. But for whatever reason it's still fun to occasionally come and look around. Partially because it's 3 full levels of stuff to look at. Partially to people-watch. And partially just to get out of the house. They have cool escalators you can put your cart onto (separate cart and people escalators)! I've heard their kitchen design area is pretty cool and decently priced. Worth a shot to check it out at least if you're in the market for cheap furtniture. Be prepared to #1 have to transport large boxes, and #2 put it together yourself (unless you want to pay them to do so). FYI they have a little restaurant (second floor??) where you can grab some marginal food. read more

If you like modular furniture, modern, functional, relatively inexpensive (in comparison to BDO or Bo Concept) and low maintenance - then IKEA is for you. And we have a mixture of both high end stuff along with IKEA stuff (and one TV stand from Walmart, shishh, please don't tell anyone) and guess what - we're happy with our choices! IKEA stuff will last, provided you don't have a wrestling team living in your home. It's just not meant to hold up to abusive treatment. Walmart, hmmm, and this is what has me coming back to IKEA, you can get items made in Sweden! Yes, finally, and I love their minimalistic approach toward all of their items. I like the sleek and timeless look of their bed frames, night stands, tables, chairs, kitchen products, spatulas, napkin holders, etc. Finally, I will mention their parking lot, it's about the size of two football fields. If it gets crowded on the weekend, just park far and enjoy your quarter mile walk. From there, you can enjoy the 99 cent breakfast, cinnamon rolls and other semi-bland items (heck, you're there to shop right). The proximity to Woodfield and the other stores and restaurants on Golf road makes this a pleasant trip on a Saturday morning. IKEA. Hate it. Love it. Can't help it. Our entire apartment is bascially furnished with pieces from IKEA. My husband and I's first 'big purchase' together was a GRANÅS dining table set with four chairs that we found in the "As-Is" section. Originally marked up at nearly $200, we found it for $100 because there was a little scratch on one chair. One teeny little scratch and it's half off? YES! That set has lasted us four years and is still going strong. Every time we go to IKEA, we always check the "As-Is" section. We haven't picked up anything else since but have noticed quite a few good deals amongst the obviously-broken furniture. Oh, and I should mention, if you find anything in that section, you're expected to dissemble everything yourself and somehow fit it in your car. Don't worry, they provide tools to help you. Also, the couch I'm sitting on right now? IKEA. And the sweet thing about it is that I can change the entire look of the couch just by buying a replacement couch cover (it went from bright yellow to beige for just $30). It's pretty sturdy too. Oh, and our MALM bed didn't look very sturdy in the store but I assure you, after marital activity, it is. Furniture is hit or miss, though. We have some solid pieces (previously mentioned) that are slightly more expensive. We also have some cheaper items (our flimsy bookshelf, etc.) that's, well, cheap. But it's OK. It's IKEA! We're not expecting high-quality items. It's particleboard, for goodness' sake. I'm done with furniture (don't need any more) but the one thing I do find myself returning to IKEA for are the home accessories. Lights, pillows, kitchen tools, curtains, etc. They keep up to date with (possibly even ahead of) styles and provide so many different options for different looks. It's hard not to spend hours inside, dreaming about the way your living space could be. The food in the cafe on the third floor is surprisingly good, too. It's all cafeteria-style (pick out the food, wait in line with a tray, put the tray in a rack when you're done) but it's perfect for a day or afternoon at IKEA. All that walking around is bound to work up an appetite! Finally, the parking lot can be kind of crazy, but I don't pay too much attention to the mess. Store does not keep accurate inventories online or in store. Twice now I've checked the stock of multiple products only to get to the store and the employees to tell me they're all sold out. How have I not reviewed this near and dear love of my life before? I love all things Ikea and my home is decked out with Ikea stuff everywhere. I sit on my Malm bed writing this review, watching Watch What Happens Live on my TV which sits upon my Malm dresser. Malm & Expedit in Black-Brown are my two go to styles of furniture from Ikea. I have this strange thing of not moving furniture with me when I move. I Craig's List and buy new stuff, either straight from the store or back on CL. Anywaysssss, because of this fun habit of constantly wanting the change in my surroundings, I've been to Ikea way more than any normal person should go. They have great prices on furniture, kitchen goods, lamps, just about everything you could need for your home. This location is always busy off the hizzy! My personal Pro-Tips----Park on the side farthest from the road. People always tend to park right in the middle and then you have to park far out. Parking on the far side allows you to get a closer, often overlooked spot. But don't be a douche and park in a spot that is meant for loading furniture. Please and thank you. Also, I would say avoid completely on the weekends, buttttt what I always do is go the last hour Ikea is open. Doing this really gives you run of the place because most people like to do their Ikea shopping during the day while it's a mad house. When I was younger, I always asked my mom to take me to IKEA. IKEA was like a kids' playground, except their "playmates" would be pieces of furniture, with occasional stuffed animals randomly scattered throughout the showroom as the "add-ons." We were, for the most, satisfied with our purchase, but the mechanics of this sofa-bed were a bit flawed. To put it in another way, furniture at IKEA might be reasonably priced and looking chic and modern, you shouldn't expect longevity, durability, and reliability out of each of it. After all, you get what you paid for. We were here to look for some potential purchases. My parents would be coming in June and staying with us for five (5) months. I wanted to replace the air mattresses with better bedding options. I saw lots of options, but for some reason I couldn't commit to any of them. Some metal frames on the sofa-beds didn't seem to be comfortable for my elderly parents. I'm not entirely negating qualities of IKEA furniture. If you're young, living in a small apartment, and having a limited budget, you can find many great deals at IKEA. If you take care your properties until you get married, have children, and start a family, I guess the IKEA furniture you've purchased in the past would have paid its due. Other than the furniture, IKEA sells home decors, LED lights, candles, cookware, kitchen essentials, and other miscellaneous gadgets you need for the house. Making through the entire IKEA showroom takes some time, but there are shortcuts available as long as you follow the signs above. Restroom facilities are plenty, and I appreciate that because finding a necessary room while you're in a state of "holding on" can be the most excruciating thing in the whole world! They also have a cafeteria-style cafe featuring some Swedish specialties, such as meatballs, salmon, and mashed potatoes with lingonberry sauce. You can get a free cup of coffee ($0.99 saving) if you have the IKEA member card. To sign up for the card is free and can be done at a designated kiosk. There's a hotdog stand ($0.50 for a beef dog) and a food market outside of the check-out area. Yes, there are many up-selling temptations at IKEA, but that's just how businesses are done worldwide. In retail, up-selling to raise UPT or PPT (unit per transaction OR piece per transaction) can make a significant difference in a business. That's why you often see small, inexpensive items around the register. Other than waiting in the line to be rung up, businesses are playing a little "psychological" game with you. This IKEA is located within the Woodfield shopping district. I've found that area "crazy" on the weekends and holidays. Warning: if you workout, count your Ikea day as a rest day, it takes 10,000 steps to find the exit. Wow this is a big Ikea. The lay out is amazing although sometimes you feel like your trapped on a casino floor. This is by far the largest Ikea we have been to. The Caribbean Jerk Chicken soup that I had as a carb load half way through my workout was really good. If you have never been to an Ikea, it's an adventure. Anything and almost everything you can think about needing for your house... they have it. We just moved into a small apartment in Chicago as a second home and fitted our whole house (dressers, end tables, chairs, couch, Book shelves, tables....) for under $2000. Is it amzing quality? no, but evrything we bought was solid wood. If you need stuff for your home, need to blow a day, or need a good workout (you have to haul all your own HEAVY boxes) this is your place. read more

Look at their facebook page before buying: there is lots of negative feedback from people that can't get orders correct, missed deliveries, etc... It's not good. This store gets Crowded with a capital "C" on the weekends, so try to get there near opening time so you won't be tempted to stab people with a $2.99 Fluurg knife. My tips: *Buy wooden hangers here - super cheap, good quality *Wrapping paper, candles, vases and other decor is also a steal. There's a reason every showroom at the Merchandise Mart is propped at Ikea. *Kitchen gadgets, bowls, glassware and dinnerware are all decent. Cookware + knives are so/so at best *There's a reason that couch is $299 - it's not going to last a long time. *The storage furniture is really good (at least the items at middle price points and above). I have an Ikea dresser + bed that are close to 15 years old and are like new *You can get 2 hotdogs, a bag of chips and a drink for $2.50, but should you? We stopped today to check out desk options for my home office. I finally found an elderly man and I tried to asking about the mattresses and he seemed to be annoyed that I even asked him a question. He just pointed out the price like I am supposed to look for the tags. Later I could not find my way to the elevator because an employee did not know how to send me to it. I went to look for things for the kitchen and did not have what I was looking for. They did not have little tiny spoons for expresso and once again I asked an employee there and he said I don't know did you look? Am like please I have no time for games. Always liked Ikea for what it was--a place to find some odds and ends, nothing too serious. That ended today. Tried to return a defective comforter. I washed it, and a seam opened up. To my dismay, I had not grabbed the receipt on my way out of the self-check out aisle. Still had the packaging. The customer service rep said there was no way that comforter came out of the package I provided. Funny that the comforter and the package had the same name. In fact, it was sewn into the comforter. She also stated that the comforter was more than a week old. She quit looking for my receipt/purchase online. She became accusatory quickly. I asked her why would I do something like that. Her response was "That's a personal question you have to ask yourself." I asked to get another one from the floor to show her. She said no. I showed her the matching sewn-in name of the item to the packaging. She didn't care. My fault for not having a receipt--that's unusual for me. But accusing me of trying to pull something over? My husband and I purchased and picked up a 4 drawer chest of drawers. It was very heavy for us, my husband is 80 and I am 77. Got it home and my handy husband got the outside put together with no issue. But found the front, back and bottoms of the drawers were correct but the sides were all drilled and slotted for the right side. So we had 8 rights and no lefts. Called Ikea customer service and could not have been served better. They are shipping out 4 left sides for us Fed Ex and we can expect them within a few days. Hey everybody, I'm back again with another long a anticipated food review... this time at IKEA... but first let's have a look at the store itself... my first time in here... very confusing to say the least... I searched far and wide for the food counter, I don't ask employees for help, no real man does that... after about 3 floors and 45 minutes later I finally stumble upon the food court, but it was fake Swedish food. Not the ooey gooey cheese pizza I was searching for. It felt as if I was eternally trapped on the third floor, I was getting desperate. As I looked at an office chair next to the window looking upon the roof I felt as if throwing that chair through the window was my only means of escape. I quickly cooled down and thought out my options and found the escalator, second floor no food in sight.. First floor.... finally it was like finding water in the Sahara desert! First thing I noticed was the very panicked looking man, he was alone and afraid... there was so much traffic, multiple kiosk in critical condition, not working. He took upon this challenge like a boss who never took a loss. Helping everybody in need. Finally I get to a kiosk that is operating properly, I order my food and it is immediately called out to me. One slice of cheese pizza and a cooked.. yes please! The pizza itself does look a bit sad but it was perfectly cooked to my liking and had a surprisingly taste to it, the crust was a little lack master in my humble opinion but I think it's something worth coughing up a couple dimes for... oh right it's 2023 and everything cost an arm and a leg around here. Thanks Biden... Though I felt satisfied with my purchase. Next up the cookie. I was hoping it would be fresh, but it was prepackaged, but yet again it was surprisingly okay. I wanted to try one more thing the pretzel... I was outraged they only had mustard as an option of dipping sauce.. who the hell eats pretzels with mustard. Where's the cheese??? There is a couple who were also discussing purchasing a bed...they are literally sitting in it STILL waiting for the one guy in this section to notice but nope. The room vignettes to help give shoppers not only ideas on how to decorate a room, but also how to look at items that Ikea sells and use them in different ways, to the sheer variety of styles offered....everything from ultra modern to Victorian inspired! And, dare I say it, the cart escalators (insert all the heart emojis here)! Come here hungry and early-ish....you can get breakfast at the restaurant for REALLY cheap, even before the store opens! Grab a cart and walk around the third floor. Investigate every nook and cranny, because you do not want to miss ANYTHING....guaranteed that they have something you'll like and buy, even if you're not looking to buy anything! Take the escalators for you and your cart (squee!) down to the second floor. Take your time, because this is where the bulk of the home decor and organization happens....the artwork, candles, kitchen stuff...OMG, ALL the dang stuff! Hungry? Head back up to the restaurant for lunch or head down to the cafe on the first floor and grab a hot dog. FYI, if you get a coke from the cafe, you can take it with you throughout the store, whereas the cups from the restaurant are ceramic or glass and have to stay there. Take more escalators down to the first floor and head to the as-is department for some super great deals on slightly blemished furniture and decor as well as fabrics that got separated from the rest of their groupings....I once got a wooden plant stand (absolutely nothing wrong with it) for $8, originally $20, and a flat sheet (that I made curtains for a fish tank stand out of) for $7. You're lucky to get a decent cut of fabric for that price! Next, head over to seasonal for some outdoor/holiday inspiration, depending on the season, then head over towards the rugs and plants. If you want, park your cart in an out of the way spot and jog over to the grocery area across from the registers. You can bring stuff back to your cart and pay for everything at once, or you can pay for the pantry items at the cafe. Did you forget something, or was there something that you were hemming and hawing over and have now decided that you want? Check the bins in front of the registers, because Ikea has your back and put the popular small items right there for you to grab before you check out! Outside all the exit doors are pick-up parking spots, or loading zones. Run to your car and bring it over to one of these spots for easy loading. There are always workers outside to wrangle the carts, but also to help you load the heavier items into your vehicle. *Bring bags for the smaller items you may purchase. Ikea sells their infamous reusable blue and yellow bags for $.98, but they are pretty big. **Sign up for their friends and family card. It doesn't expire or go dormant, you get special deals on items from week to week, and you ALWAYS get free coffee in the restaurant! Now on to the serious stuff.....you have to do your homework, especially when it comes to their furniture. If you are tall, most of their furniture will not work for you because it sits so low to the floor. I would never buy a couch from here because of this. You have to consider your family/home life and style...if you have active kids and pets, their furniture will not stand up to the abuse that other manufacturer's stuff will. However, if you take care of your stuff and treat it right (no jumping or flopping on the furniture) it will last. Their fabrics are not of the highest durability, but if you are the kind of person that likes to switch out throw blankets and pillows on the regular, then their stuff is perfect for you. Admittedly, I buy their sheets for my guest bed.....I don't feel the need to spend hundreds of dollars on linens that will only be used a couple of times a year and they still look new, even after several years. Everything else is pretty durable, considering what it is used for....the cooking pots and pans, office furniture, lighting, home decor, etc. True, Ikea is not for everyone, but they pretty much thought of everything to make your shopping trip enjoyable. Purchased a pillow and four placemats. Got home and realized that the pillow is an odd size. Checked with Ikea's website and indeed they offer a compatible pillow case, but none are in stock in any local store. The placemats... Two out of the four were defective. Returned the pillow , where at the same time I told them I wanted to exchange two placemats. They said my only option is to return the placemats and buy others. Return processed and I got a receipt. Purchased two more placemats but I lost my birthday discount. Customer service refunded the difference. Washed one placemat and it shrunk more than 30%. Returned all four placemats. In the end I have no less than seven receipts for this fiasco. And now that I'm auditing the transactions I realized that the placemat refund, repurchase, refund for the missing discount was in fact processed as an exchange not a refund. In other words I effectively purchased six placemats and only was refunded for four. Ikea wins by screwing up and keeping my money. Do I really want to spend my time going in there with a stack of receipts wasting even more time? The answer is no. The conclusion? I'm taking a long break from Ikea after this mess. read more

Please take a look at the attached pictures. I purchased counter tops from IKEA and they contracted with another company to do the installation, the Countertop Factory. It is important to note that, although you are purchasing from IKEA, once payment is made, you are dealing the installation contractor. Any problems that you have will not be addressed by IKEA. If there are problems, IKEA will not address them. You will have to resolve them with the contractor yourself. The Countertop Factory installed quartz counter tops in my home on Nov. 17th. They broke a hole in one of my cabinets. The cabinets are not straight, narrowing at one end so that the drawer is not under the counter top. The opening for the outlet in the back splash is not wide enough to be able to screw in the switch cover. The outlet is hanging from the wall by wires as I cannot reattach the cover. This is a safety hazard. The left side back splash extends to the wall while the right side falls 3/4 inches short. The company will not respond to phone calls or emails. read more

This review is for the cafe on the third floor. It's the best keep secret in the suburbs. The menu is healthy. The portions are just right. Salmon is usually an option, both as an entree or a salad. And of course Swedish meat balls. The desert are also different from the usual cafe. I especially like the tort. But best of all is the Pricing, it's always a bargain. Unfortunately so are the lines your going to experience since you're not the only one that knows about this now. If you come any time remotely close to lunch there will be lines. read more

We ordered a bed frame three months ago. It was delivered yesterday. They delivered wrong boxes. We are willing to drive to the store & swap the incorrect box for the correct on. i finally spoke with someone at Ikea Schaumburg store after calling the customer service number over 10 times. she told me she can't help me and i will have to wait until the store is open (she doesn't know when that will be) and i will have to come in and do a return for the right product. i understand these are uncertain times, but i ordered and waited for my product only for it to come incorrect and then told i can't fix it. read more

Terrible - note this review was written during COVID times - absolutely 0 social distancing and mask wearing was rare - absolutely packed to capacity LITERALLY as they paused letting new customers in and you heard them say this on their radios and they packed people in like sardines - parking lot is a madhouse and there were 0 employees to be found on the 2nd and 3rd floors just not a good experience I'd only go if you really knew what you were getting/looking for. read more

I've never left a negative review before with anyone, until now. Also, this review isn't specific to this particular store, but to IKEA as a company. I ordered online, and my items were a sofa and a kitchen table/chairs set. The delivery took place as scheduled and I received the sofa as well as the chairs, but no kitchen table. The kitchen table/chair set was ordered as a single purchase, so I'm not sure how this could even happen. In any case, the delivery guys said they weren't sure why the table wasn't available in their warehouse, and that I should give IKEA Customer Service a call. No big deal, these things happen sometimes and I'm pretty laid back about stuff like this. Here's where the misery started - CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their 888 number DOES NOT WORK. You can't even call it because "the call cannot go through". This frustrated me in a major way as I kept trying throughout various different times during the day and got the same message. Finally, by sheer luck I found some back-door phone number meant for IKEA product recalls and got through to an actual human being. They apologized for the inconvenience and transferred me to the proper customer service line. More misery - I was on hold for about 90 MINUTES until someone picked up, and after telling them what happened they transferred me to ANOTHER department (despite my pleas not to) and as soon as that happened I received an automatic message saying that particular department was closed and to try calling back at another time. W-T-F!!! I gave up at this point and decided I'd try calling them the following day. The next day comes and I try the 888 number, "call cannot go through". Oh well, good thing I've got my backup method from the day before. I call that number, and once again the rep transfer me to "customer service". Lucky me, I was only on hold for 2 HOURS this time before finally getting someone. The rep told me that they are going to re-send the table and that it has an estimated arrival date THREE WEEKS from now. Seriously?? In my experience IKEA has the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I realize that things happen sometimes, but you've got to have more people available to handle customer issues when you outsource deliveries and such. Apparently it was a lack of communication between IKEA and the delivery contractors that caused this soooo.....I guess we will see if my table arrives towards the end of the month. Stay Tuned. I am shocked at the low rating for this Ikea! We went over the weekend about 45 mins after opening and got a decent parking space, had a great value lunch, and got what was on our list. You have to know what you are getting at an Ikea, come with a list, and stay on task. Absolutely horrible. No wonder there are no patrons. I bought a bunch of little things and one rug. There's nobody to help you get boxes in their warehouse section. During check out, the rug was scanned and a different price came up from the sales tag. I told the cashier the tag says a lower price and her refused to change the price to honor the tags. When it came time for me to go to my car, I cannot push my cart to the car. I looked around for an associate but there was nobody to help. I can't leave my cart to go to my car. Who knows if my cart will be there when I get back. So I decide to return everything since I'm already tired of this place. When I went to return my stuff, the cashier asked why. "I can't push the cart to my car." She says "no you need to back your car up to the store." I'm by myself! She then offers to watch my cart. Honestly, I've been to IKEA's in Texas and they're fine. This IKEA has horrible service. There's no help in the store. The food is bad, too. The Swedish meatballs were so dry. If you want to go to this IKEA, you better go with at least one other person. read more

I am a huge IKEA fan, especially of the IVAR shelf system, which I have used quite creatively in various ways throughout my apartment. They're really good at replacement parts and sending replacements for things that broke in shipping (like my first set of Ivar sidebars that arrived in pieces in the mail.) I am sad that some of my favorite things have been discontinued (KILOMETER lights, GRUNDTAL kitchen solution, and those spiffy blue plastic kitchen shears, in specific.) Advice on assembly of IKEA products: use wood glue if you want it to be sturdy. Just using the provided screws will not lead to a joint that will stay tight forever, so be prepared to tighten it every now and again, or use glue if you don't have plans of disassembling it. If you are looking for candles, IKEA has a great candle section at fantastic prices. Cheap tealights make life better! They also have very affordable stemware, but be warned, it is quite fragile. I love the changing stock of plates and cups, but it's always sad to come back and not find my favorites. And the cinnamon rolls. And the meatballs. And the impulse purchase orchids. read more

I don't know how this place ever gets a bad review. It has the best furniture st the best prices, and it's overall amazing. I just moved to the Chicagoland area and needed some stuff for my bedroom, and this was clearly the spot. I got some supercute stuff for my room and even found some stuff for my bathroom! The food is amazing in the cafeteria too, especially the deserts. Don't order the smoothies, they were so-so, but I loved the BLT wrap! read more

I personally own zero furniture from Ikea, but I have a floor lamp and random kitchen stuff. I happened to stop in the other day bc I will soon be in the market for an entertainment center/tv stand and a guest room bed. I wanted to browse the showroom bc i find it inspiring! I think I'll definitely be getting a few things here in the very near future. Such as the roskog (sp?) cart, a "bar", the hemnes daybed and the tv stand. I'm kind of excited, but scared of the process that is putting it together. Also, no trip is complete without a fro-yo cone at the end!!! read more
