Clients have to wait two or three hours for tests to be performed and after sitting for five minutes in the lobby everyone is so uncomfortable. No audio or visual relief for patients as they have to wait for radioactive infusion to circulate in heart. If there was an interior decorator, they should be fired. Obviously there is no attention to the comfort of patients.

She squeezed my forearm then appeared to take my pulse at my wrist and said "you have 'a little bit of atrial fibrillation. Did you just feel that? Your heart just skipped some beats'." I do not have a diagnosis of atrial fibrillation. Lol! And, I was her first appointment of the day. She was late. She walked into the examination room with a styrofoam cup of coffee and smelled as if she had tied one on the night before.

I have had many, many Doctors over the years with about 20% being 'keepers'. Having said all this, I must say of all the Doctors I have ever had, Dr Schleupner is the best Dr of any I have seen (many). He cares. He listens. He is on top of his game. He is humble. He is cool. He is very well respected by Doctors all over the area. He gets to know the person, not just the medical side. AGAIN, he LISTENS which is more important that a gazillion test. I could write a book on how fantastic he is (as well as the office staff), however the phlebotomist drawing my blood said it best: "I have never heard a negative thing about him". So true and so blessed to have him as a Doctor (hubby too!).
