My sister-in-law went up there because we had to have something done because there was no other choice due to many reasons, she arrives there and it's bleeding out on the verge of passing out and they make her wait in the waiting room. Then they proceed to finally get her into the room after she passes out and almost hit her head and then while she was in the room, trying to get help she was pressing a button and the nurses in the. Labor and delivery were ignoring her when she was pressing the button to get help. She's pressing the button and nobody was coming the husband even went out there and seen that nobody was coming, and they were just walking by ignoring it. They also were giving her these dirty ass looks not even knowing her situation and talking to some mad shit about her as well. I do not recommend going to this hospital. Edit: Labor and Delivery was nicer than the rest Edit 2. I got to finally talk to my sister in law She came in told them what was happening the nurse at the front desk looked at her with attitude disgust, and wasn't blatantly rude, Male nurse took her standard vitals and stuff, refused to look or talk to her, Triage nurse talked crap in front of her to colleagues as she was bleeding out and in pain and had no urgency and priced to ask my sister in law are you nervous as she is visibly bleeding and shaking and crying then they made her wait more Then she went to labor and delivery floor nurses and that's when she started getting PROPER treatment! Edit 3. They're home They're home the er nurses treated her horribly and ignored her call bell the husband opened the door and she could actively hear the bell going off as she was wanting to pushing out her amniotic fluid and sack and the nurses ignored it there was also 3 nurses at the desk nearby aswell

I highly recommend him. I did have some less than 5star interactions with the receptionist at the 1st St office. At one appointment she kept calling people up to check them in who had arrived after I did. This kept happening for close to an hour, and it was a very busy day. Finally, another lady called me up and checked me in, and basically said that I had been skipped. The receptionist was sitting right there next to us and she never turned to me and apologized. At my appointment this week, I went up to the window and signed the clipboard. It says to sign in and be seated and you will be called up to be checked in. When I was signing in, she was eating, a no no in all Dr offices, and she quickly tried to hide it by turning away. I use a walker, my mobility is limited, the receptionist wasn't busy, except for the eating part.... she could have checked me in right then. Instead, she didn't speak to me or greet me, I had to go sit down, and get up 20 minutes later to get checked in when she called me. I had a very pleasant conversation with another patient in the waiting room; she and I both had appointments with Dr Dragovich at the same time. I was checked in 20 minutes after my appointment time; I was taken back to the exam room 30 minutes after my appointment time. Dr Dragovich came in to see me 40 minutes after my appointment time, and when I left I had been there for an hour. I can say that during the 20 minutes that he spent with me, we covered everything that we needed to, he didn't act rushed, he answered all of my questions. He's definitely worth seeing, I highly recommend him, just know that his office doesn't run very efficiently, and be prepared to spend some time.

Blue Ridge Pain Management Associates has failed my father at every level of care, largely due to…read morehis physician, Dr. Baylor. My father is a workers' compensation patient with a severe back injury that has left him debilitated. He is currently in constant pain and cannot stand for more than five minutes due to shooting back and leg pain. Despite worsening symptoms, the care he has received has been negligent and dismissive. The practice is nearly impossible to reach. Phone calls routinely take three or more days to be returned, and patients cannot speak to a live person when calling. For someone in severe, ongoing pain, these delays are unacceptable and harmful. Dr. Baylor spends less than 10 minutes per visit. He does not listen, does not physically examine or assess the patient, and refused to order updated X-rays even after my father explicitly requested them while reporting debilitating symptoms. This reflects a complete lack of clinical engagement. The most alarming failure occurred in December and rests entirely with Dr. Baylor. At an appointment on Tuesday, December 16, he told my father he could receive a spinal injection three days later. When my father arrived on Friday, December 19, he was turned away because he needed to be off one of his medications for five full days. There were not even five days between the visit and the procedure. This was not a scheduling issue. It was Dr. Baylor's responsibility to know medication restrictions, provide accurate instructions, and ensure his patient was eligible for the procedure he ordered. His failure caused unnecessary pain and hardship for a man who can barely stand or walk. Dr. Baylor has demonstrated an inability to provide competent care. The repeated lack of listening, absence of examination, refusal to order appropriate imaging, and failure to manage basic treatment requirements is unacceptable. I strongly caution patients, especially workers' compensation cases, to seek care elsewhere.

She never questions my thoughts and feelings about the pain I live with every day after 9 back surgeries and a recent foot surgery she has always been the one who knows what I am going through, maybe not knowing the pain of 9 back surgeries and a recent foot surgery but really cares about me!! That office would definitely be lost without her in it!!
