I had a concerning medical issue come on suddenly and I felt like I needed to see my PCP as quickly…read moreas possible to avoid any long lasting effects from what I thought was wrong. I was going to go to an Urgent Care but thought if I could get an appointment that same day or the next I should probably go see my PCP. I called the office as soon as they opened to see if I could get in and was told there had been a cancellation and I could be there in the next 2 hours. That was a big relief. When I got there I didn't have to wait too long to be called back. After he came in and I explained what was going on he was very dismissive and acted like I was wasting his time for being there. He was in the room less than 10 minutes total and basically told me to go home and take a vitamin and eat better. He looked at some lab results I had taken just 2 days prior because I had an annual checkup already scheduled for the next week. He said he didn't see anything wrong in my bloodwork either. Later that day the issue I had seen him for started to spread to other areas of my body and I ended up in the ER because of it. Also after reviewing all of my bloodwork results from the ones taken just 2 days prior there were some things that were showing that there really was a bigger problem going on. I have decided that I will not be using him as my PCP in the future. He has a lot of 5 star reviews and only 5 star reviews. But after reading through them even the other patients who pretty much reported the same behavior from him it showed 5 stars. There is definitely something off about that. There is no way a patient treated like we were wasting his time coming to him with our petty problems would leave a 5 star reviews. That just made me not trust him even more. No doctor only has 5 star reviews So, I will have to try and find a new doctor who will actually care about their patients and be respectful to them.

I would not recommend this provider. When I was initially transferred to her, she was very short,…read morestraight to the point, and ready to get off the call. I assumed it was due to the early appointment time (8:15am). It was not. Between appointments, I expressed concern over the cost of my prescription. She suggested I contact my insurance company for a list of approved medications. Once the list was received, I promptly sent it to Nancy in hopes we could discuss alternative (and cheaper) options during our next visit. We did not discuss those options... During our visit, I asked if she had any recommendations, suggestions, tips, or tricks for handling overstimulation and stress. Unfortunately, while she was typing away, her suggestion was to search online. After those two appointments, I chose to see what other providers were available in my area, but I did not request to change. Once she received word that I was looking for an alternative provider, she immediately canceled my prescription (that she had just sent in) without giving any notice to me. If you are looking for a provider that will renew your prescription, you're in luck! If you are looking for a provider that will listen, understand, and work with you, keep looking.
