I called to change an apt to another date and karen the operater who took my call was very rude not…read moreperffesonal at all yelling hello hello like she couldn't hear when I said hello hello I'm here she went straight with attitude saying don't tell at me I never did I at the begining of our phone call asked her to lower her voice and stop being rude welp she hung up I will be doing a formal complaint her job is to tend to sick not hang the phone up when I asked to speak to a supervisor or anyone else but her .....she may want to not work as an operater in a hospital settings at all for all she knew I could of been dying but obviously she didn't care and just hung up funny but they can trace who took your call and her name was karen. I will be talking to someone over miss hatefull karen. She may want to re-enter school for more training or look for a different job as I see it she's an operater setting apts ...just do your job next time keep that attitude to self ....karen at internal medicine dr pahalls office should be fired for being so hatefull to the patients

He is kind, patient, always spends an appropriate amount of time discussing current issues and treatment plan, he's gentle and careful with procedures and explains every step so you aren't taken by painful surprise, works with me in all my research when I ask about trying this or that as I'm very involved in my healthcare. He's great and I highly recommend him - and my husband and daughter go to him now as well. Note- as with all pain mgmt doctors insurance requires physical therapy and cortisone injections before further treatments can be tried. So don't blame that on the doctor!! And don't quit going because cortisone doesn't work - there are other treatments if you will continue.
