it really depends on who waits on you. there is a black girl that has been there for ever it seems…read more she is super great and tends to business like a pro. she does all she is suppose to do. as far as doctors, well, lots of them do not know how to treat patients. i had a doctor that put in my records that i was out of my mind so to speak. she did not know me or anything about me. that is in my record and i do not appreciate that at all. she had no idea what i have been through or is going through. my husband has cancer and has had it since last year. we both are going through a lot and some of the doctors down there do not know or is not interested. the last one that charged me stood in the hallway as if i was going to do something to her. that is a bad injustice when a doctor puts something wrong in a persons records. i am now looking for another doctor.

Supervisor of lab called and did everything they could to blame me. The needle pierced the tendon 3 inches into my elbow. Inexcusable and nobody has an ounce of remorse. I went in to get blood work and left in excruciating unrelenting pain, and continue to have my Hand turn purple from loss of circulation due to nerve damage. The conduct I've been treated with every moment after has been deplorable. The band even left bruises on me around my arm where it was too tight for too long. Unacceptable!

I would not recommend this provider. When I was initially transferred to her, she was very short,…read morestraight to the point, and ready to get off the call. I assumed it was due to the early appointment time (8:15am). It was not. Between appointments, I expressed concern over the cost of my prescription. She suggested I contact my insurance company for a list of approved medications. Once the list was received, I promptly sent it to Nancy in hopes we could discuss alternative (and cheaper) options during our next visit. We did not discuss those options... During our visit, I asked if she had any recommendations, suggestions, tips, or tricks for handling overstimulation and stress. Unfortunately, while she was typing away, her suggestion was to search online. After those two appointments, I chose to see what other providers were available in my area, but I did not request to change. Once she received word that I was looking for an alternative provider, she immediately canceled my prescription (that she had just sent in) without giving any notice to me. If you are looking for a provider that will renew your prescription, you're in luck! If you are looking for a provider that will listen, understand, and work with you, keep looking.
