Food, service, and ambiance was awesome. Our waiter was great! The best porkchop I've ever had tasted.

I just have to say, Kaylee was absolutely the best server we've had at III Palms! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel right at home. She really stood out. She was very knowledgeable about wine and liquor, and come to find out, she's been bartending for years. I was surprised to see her serving, but it's clear she obviously excels in everything she does. She went above and beyond in a way we haven't experienced in a long time. Only to find out she's just started a week ago! We can't wait to come back! read more

Excellent food and service. If you are looking for a lovely evening with fine food, this is a great choice. Our party got the seafood tower, which was an excellent start. And some fun cocktails, that came with a lovely presentation. And moved on to excellent steak (multiple cuts: medallions, filet, house, and New York), braised short ribs, and the sea bass. All were cooked to perfection and so tasty, paired along side family style sides. Nice background music and the excellent service from our server Tyler, who was a young guy and yet a seasoned professional, topped off the evening. read more

Decided to take my Mother here for Mother's Day 2024. We had an EXCELLENT time. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and there were even roses on each of the tables. The staff was so nice and our server was great! We loved the craft cocktails and the Barbie is a sure favorite. The Burrata appetizer was so good. We were told the Burrata is made in house and the accompanying "salad" of cherry tomatoes, cherries, basil, and peaches along with toast points were perfect accompaniments. For our entree', we ordered the Tomahawk to share and ended up with a lot to take home (even the bone for our pup). Perfectly cooked and we loved the table side presentation and carving. Both side dishes we ordered were flavorful and plentiful. We were told the sides feed around 4-6. The Brussel sprouts were roasted with a soy glaze. So good. And the creamed corn was also something I would order again. III Palms is a welcomed addition to Tyler. The table side presentation of Bananas Foster and the Tomahawk are something I haven't seen anywhere else here. It felt fancy. It tasted fancy. We highly recommend checking it out. read more

My daughter and I met here for lunch; we had the pimento cheese appetizer, I got a grilled chicken salad and she got a chicken dish with asparagus. We also ordered drinks and they were almost too pretty to drink. The food was excellent and very good service. read more

We went to 111Palms this evening. The atmosphere is beautiful. The food was delicious. We plan to go back.

We went for a business lunch a couple days ago and the food was delicious. Two of us had the ribeye (which is on the dinner menu but they allowed us to order it). Outstanding and cooked to medium rare perfection! The other two ordered the salmon and they really enjoyed it too. Our server Madeline was outstanding and she even wrote us a nice thank you note. We can't wait to come back. read more

We had a beautiful meal this afternoon at Iii Palms. Our server was Jonathan. My wife had the medallions. She said they were okay. I had the pork chop -- good-size thick cut, no bone, excellent. The wedge salad was perfect. Very nice, clean, spacious interior. Well appointed. Our server was gracious, attentive, professional. We will definitely go back. read more

The food was great especially for the price point. I had the burrata plate and the pairings alone were wonderful. I also got the steak frites, the steak was super tender and the fries were a perfect pair. The wait staff very attentive and did an excellent job of making us feel welcomed. Lastly the overall vibe was wonderful, the live piano also with the vast selection of wine on display made for an amazing dinner. read more

Wonderful experience. Steak and salmon were flavorful. Well managed and good service. Prices were very reasonable for the ambience and quality of food! Hopefully it is here to stay despite being off of the main road. Highly recommend. read more

I loved my experience here. The food is exquisite and I highly recommend a family dinning style to allow you to try more of what is to offer. Our service was top notch and engaging for all our questions. Sea Bass is where it's at! Also I am an Old Fashioned guy when it comes to drinks and the Wagyu Old Fashioned is in a league of its own. This place doesn't disappoint. read more

This place is trying to be one of the best restaurants in Tyler, but is not succeeding. Things started badly when they gave one of us a brunch menu, and went downhill from there. One martini glass had a chip on the rim, which could have caused a cut. The lobster/mac had hardly any lobster. The fish that was supposed to have crab and shrimp had hardly any. A steak was over cooked, and the assistant manager said another one would be right out. It took a long time to bring a properly cooked one. It was definitely not worth their high prices. The waitress was good however. read more

Horrible experience. We had to send back each dish we ordered. The salad was overdressed and did not match the description. I could not find a single beet or walnut in the salad. The broccolini was cooked until it was brown. The steak arrived well done when it was ordered med-rare. Once it was returned, cooked to my liking, it was still at best medium with well done edges. I do not recommend. They cannot cook to save their lives. read more

We went to this restaurant last night for a birthday celebration and were so impressed with the whole experience. There was a large flower arrangement and a personalized menu for the birthday boy! We ordered filet with Oscar sauce which had a large amount of crab meat on it, a lobster tail, wedge salad with steak on it, filet with delicious chimichurri and several sides. The brussels sprouts were delicious as were the creamed corn and Mac & cheese. Each of them were enough to share with 3 people. The bananas foster for dessert was delicious. When we received the checks, each of the couples received a hand written note thanking us for coming. The little attention to details set this restaurant apart from others. Our waitress Alison was very good. I would definitely recommend going there for a special occasion. read more

I am revising my review - I had a really bad experience in my second visit about a month ago and wrote a review - I went back and sat in the bar and had a great experience. Food and service were great - they are back on the list! read more

Nice ambiance. Quiet and has a nice romantic glow. Good service we enjoyed the Chicken with Risotto. We were told the Salmon is also a favorite dish. They offered 2 deserts but not chocolate. They have a pianist in the evenings. Somewhat limited entree menu but a fairly nice wine list with more choices by the glass. Enjoy! read more

We had the great privilege of dining at III Palms and the experience was fantastic! From the minute we walked through the door we were treated as royalty. The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is savory/delicious and the wait staff is extremely well trained and top notch! we have now been twice and I highly recommend you get there before everyone tries this restaurant and is booked to capacity every night. read more

Save your time and money by not going to this place. I had a horrible time there. Service is slow and it just sucks. You're left being thirsty, asking yourself where the waitress is and everything is overpriced. read more

Food was average. Service was good. Atmosphere was ok. Price was expensive. Wait was long even with reservations.

Beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and even greater drinks and appetizers. Not a completely full house which led to me wondering why service wasn't that great. Our waiter made an appearance and then disappeared. My wife's drink came, mine didn't. Water eventually was poured. Still no soft drink for me. Finally, I am assuming it was the manager who came and got me my drink and our appetizer ordered. I had the Caesar salad and my wife ordered a wedge salad (both huge and very on point). On to the main course, I ordered Salt and Pepper Seabass and my wife ordered Palms Chicken. The entrees were the most bland, non seasoned proteins we have ever been served. Seabass had a sweet taste for the first few bites and then nothing....the chicken was dry and tasteless. Glad I didn't order any of the wagyu beef, because if it was bland like what we ordered I would have had a hard time reconciling the cost with the taste. read more

See all

Wow, this place is hands down amazeballs! Alright, so for years the best steaks that I've had have been at 1. Wolfgangs in Gangnam Korea and 2. Whitewater Grill in Canon City CO. III Palms destroyed them both, I was not expecting such a delicious steak or meal. I will say me and the wife were underdressed, but the staff don't even think twice about it. The ambiance here is great, upscale yet relaxed and comfortable, tasteful elegant decor. The service was stellar, immediately seated, drink and app order taken within 6-7 min. Everybody was super nice/friendly, very attentive to guests. At one point me and the wife were casually looking around from our table trying to get a look at the entire restaurant when one of the staff noticed and came over to ask if we needed anything. Ok, onto the food! We started with cocktails, Classic Martini for me and a Margarita for the wife. Both perfectly mixed, with perfect amounts of alcohol. We also had the crab cake to start. Holy schnitzel! The best crab cake ever, most places serve a battered down glumpy thing. I've had them all over, Seattle, Korea, Japan, California, Florida, all bleh. This was superb, so much crab with just enough batter/filling to hold it all together. And it's served on top of a fried green tomato, yummy! For mains, The wife had the Sea Bass with broccoli raab, I had the dry aged strip medium rare(it was cooked to perfection). We also ordered asparagus and cream corn to share. The steak was intensely flavorful. Very hard to describe but tender, juicy, slightly smoky?, beats any steak I've had to this day. The Sea Bass was amazing, light, fluffy, tender and delicious. Asparagus is asparagus, the cream corn though, soooo good. Creamy, yet thicker than most, poblano peppers, rich and savory. At this point we were stuffed, but I couldn't help myself and wanted to see how good dessert here would be. Again they did not disappoint. I believe that night they had classic cheesecake, a crème brûlée cheesecake, and celebration cake. We got the celebration cake with their wedding cake ice cream(almond flavored). Wow, so much goodness in one meal, beginning to end was fantastic! Definitely will make our way back, not too often, while the prices were very reasonable for today's economy still not something you'd do every week. Go and enjoy the food, service, everything! read more

Oh dang! Outstanding spot. Great food, service and drinks. Nathan was a great bar tender/mixologist. Highly recommend.

Went for Anniversary dinner. The service was great, atmosphere was relaxing. The menu had Happy Anniversary on it, which made us feel special. read more

I went for lunch on Sunday, July 21st. I had a Waldorf salad with grilled chicken, and a Bloody Mary. Our server was very friendly and attentive, but didn't hover. The food was delicious. I look forward to my next visit. read more

This was our first time to visit the Palms and I was disappointed. The service was not good; the server did not pick up appetizer plates or wine glasses. The sides came after the main dishes were delivered. Our 49.00 steaks were a smiggin over a quarter inch thick. The salmon was good and the wedge salad was excellent. The pork bellies were good but were very small portions. Ambiance was good. My favorite was sitting at the bar while waiting on our table and watching the dinks being fixed, and listening to the pianist. We went in celebration of a special birthday and I guess the two things that will keep us from going back were the service and the small steaks. read more

Natalie was the best server we have ever had at a high end restaurant. She delivered in every way. We will be back. Food was awesome. Sea bass and Mahi. Thank you for a great experience. Try the cheesecake. You won't be disappointed! read more

My friends and I ate at 3 Palms, recently, and were pleasantly surprised. The food was well prepared, delicious and of sufficient amount. The decor was charming with a simple, understated elegance. Our server, Katrina, was well versed with the type entrees we each had, very attentive to our needs and was a delight! We will definitely be returning and be asking for Katrina, as well. read more

We dined the evening of Friday the 14th to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was our first visit & provided a lovely evening. We were greeted by two very friendly young ladies at the hostess desk, who sat us 30 minutes before our reservation. They both wished my husband a happy birthday. The interior decor perfectly balances high-end dining establishments yet is warm and comfortable. Our waiter, Casey, welcomed us, was knowledgeable & helpful with recommendations & present without being intrusive. We ordered the dragon oysters, lobster tacos, & crab cake for our appetizers. The oysters were the clear winner. The lobster tacos are a foodie's delight with all the layers of flavors. The crabcakes were just average. My husband's tenderloin was cooked to perfection. My orange roughy was flavorful but missing the shrimp in the crab & shrimp topping. My favorite was the risotto, one of the best I've ever eaten. I wish there were more of it. The broccolini was cooked perfectly & had a great seasoning. We opted for the turtle cheesecake for dessert, which was very light & delicious. My only recommendation would be a dress code for such an establishment. T-shirts & trucker hats change the overall feeling. read more

It's a no for me. Went for our anniversary on 6/3. The reason it's getting two stars is they personalized a menu for us which is a very nice touch. It went down from there. First of all, don't seat a couple celebrating an anniversary in a loud part of the main dining room butt up against another table. Second, the drinks are TINY and not strong at all. Third, my salmon was way oversalted and way overcooked with the skin still attached. Gag. The asparagus was way undercooked and cold. My husband ordered the beef medallions which consisted of two tiny pieces of meat that he had to saw through and he ordered a baked potato because the menu said nothing about it coming with mashed potatoes nor did the waiter bother telling him. Waiter disappeared after bringing our food and we had to wait forever for the check. Trying really hard to be fancy without putting forth the effort. read more

Very difficult to communicate with restaurant. There is not a way to contact them and takes multiple times calling their number...no way to leave message on a phone or contact via email or text, no Open Table. The food is good but not worth the effort of repeated calls. Very frustrating! read more

I had high hopes for this restaurant, it's a great atmosphere and the service was great. My wife ordered the tenderloin and it was really good. I ordered the dry aged strip and this was the worst tasting steak I've ever had in my life. Two bites in and I asked for the manager as the taste was way off and it was more like jerkey than steak. if I ever go back it won't be to eat their strip steak. read more

Love the ambiance of the restaurant. I had the Barbie martini. It is pretty to look at and was a sweet taste good. My spouse and I split a wedge salad that was fresh and came out plated separately. We did not have to divide it ourselves. I had Macadamia Mahi Mahi with asparagus and risotto. The fish was cooked perfectly, moist and tender. My spouse had the Orange Roughy with Broccolini and risotto. Again, cooked perfectly. We finished off our meal with their version of Bread Pudding made with croissant type pastry and the house ice cream. I'm usually not a bread pudding fan but this was really, really good. I have to mention that we were checked on frequently to see if we needed anything, if our food and service was acceptable. I have never had a server leave a hand written thank you note card with our bill. Alison did and she was so attentive without being intrusive. Top notch service. This is not chain type restaurant food and cost. read more
