This Ihop was one of the smaller ones that I've been to. Very clean, though. Lots of natural light. The food was on par with what I expected. I got the Chicken & Waffles with ranch and hot syrup. It was odd, though, that when I asked for the hot syrup, the server didn't bring it in a normal caraffe-thing, she brought two small cups of syrup. There were three of us. Great ihop location! Consistently serving great food (that actually looks as good as the picture), this is the go-to ihop for my family and I. The service is good and the staff is super hardworking and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean despite how long it's been there. I prefer coming late night when it's not as busy. Entire restaurant covered in trash, food, and silverware on the floor, syrup dripping from the sign on our table, holes in the walls, REEKS of cigarette smoke because you are able to smoke in the restaurant!! Absolutely disgusting. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like when the restaurant is this gross and it's not even busy. They sat us in the smokers lounge and there is food on the ground that looks like it's been there for days. Do not eat here!!! read more

The service is terrible.we ordered food and when I got to us it was not what we had ordered and the waitress told us that is what we ordered we told her again and pretty much called us Liars.after that we couldn't get anything.the food was not that good either read more

Everything is good here. The staff is nice enough. However they let people come in and smoke here for a certain amount of time which I despise. Expect to always come in here smelling smoke which is disgusting. There are better IHOP's then this but if this is the only ihop you can manage to go to for the day then I guess it's better then nothing. read more

We got to this IHOP and put our name on the list to eat. Wait was going to be about 15-20 minutes, we sat there waiting and observed waiters putting the finishing touches on food, and not washing their hands adequately. I saw several waitresses touching their hair and then the food. We then noticed several dead bugs in the waiting area. We took our name off of the list, and told the host and hostess about the bugs prior to leaving. The host laughed about it and the hostess didn't really seem to mind. They clearly don't care about their cleanliness. Gross. read more

Surprisingly, the food was very good. We we're expecting this. Our server Maria was very good as well. Onion rings were excellent! Hubby had the SW club which he enjoyed. I came with a friend only to be forgotten by the servers. I ate with my friend on a Saturday night and my waitress left cause her shift ended. I tried to order more coffee with a waitress and she forgot about it 20 min later and no other waiters came to check on us. I went to tell the manager about us waiting 20 minutes for coffee and he brought it to us. We tried to order a English muffin with another waitress and 20 minutes later still hadn't received it so I went to let the manager know about my English muffin and his response was the staff didn't know we were being unattended. I told him I asked a waitress and I even came to him earlier about the coffee so he could have assigned another waitress to us but he didn't know what to say after. The only thing good is that they make fresh crepes when you ask them. All others won't even if you ask or sometimes say they made them fresh but crepe eaters know the difference. read more

Do not agree with the review dated 11/20/17 about IHOP's crepes at this location. They made them twice for me and both times they came out hard. I think that their grill must have been dirty as the crepes looked like they were cooked in burn't butter and hard around the edges. I have eaten the crepes at other their other locations and have never had this problem. Also, this restaurant needs some updating. Appears run down. read more

Have you ever been really great not really sure if you're going to get mugged in the parking lot. IHOP is as always a place to get you anything breakfast related anytime of the day they also have a variety of other meals and options I that also taste fantastic. Bubble is a place to stop and get my breakfast going in the morning. And I think at this location I'll probably stick to breakfast. The wait staff of great food but the area this location is in is kind of sketchy. When I get out of my car I was greeted by and asking for money to pay for his gas broke down car articles paycheck he's a veteran I don't really know I just stopped handed him a couple dollars and walked away but I could imagine if I was a lady getting out here but this situation would have been a bit more intimidating. So my recommendation is to stay daylight hours and this particular location other than that they're great read more

This Ihop is the best, for many reasons. The staff are always friendly and have smiles on their faces. I've eaten here several times and I at different times of the day. Early morning, lunch, dinner and late night coffee. Different times of the day means different staff. All are friendly. My favorite time to go is late night coffee, especially when all the crazy people start to come in on the weekends. Coffee and a show! LOL read more

The staff at this Ihop are absolutely horrible. We walked in, got seated but then sat there for 20 minutes with no service whatsoever!!! When we were first seated the lady asked me what I would like to drink, I told her but she never brought it back to me nor come back to check on us. They treated us as if we were not there. I tried to give them the benefit of doubt like maybe they were just busy but as I looked back towards the kitchen to see if I could reach anyone's attention, I noticed multiple employees sitting around laughing. On saturday july 2,2016 my wife,daughter and myself had breakfast, Later that day my wife became nauseous, After going to bed we both got up vomiting. Called my daughter and she was sick, I had to take my wife to the emergency room to stop the vomting.
