I'm shocked at how good this IHop is! Never thought I'd ever give 5 stars to a chain like this but let's do this! I can't remember her name but a woman with a grey haired braid is the BEST. She's the fantasy grandma everyone wants because she's warm, friendly, and welcoming. Fast service too but wow this IHop is lucky to have her. Ok, food time! They changed their menu and increased the quality of their food. Yes, they still have high fructose corn syrup but in this rare instance, give them a try. Bacon is an absolute must have now. Highly recommend their cheesecake stuffed pancakes with bacon & eggs combo. Bacon is thicker and has that perfect crisp. Hash browns crisp yet soft in the middle. I was pleasantly surprised in walking into this location and finding a fresh open well operating IHOP. Usually it's bananas and everyone seems to be rushing but I think the space here is well accumulated to manage an effective smooth sailing operation. My server was lovely, I was able to change out a few of my options and when I asked for fruit salad with out watermelon she said she would gladly give me what I liked more. What can you say about IHOP? They serve old-fashioned pancakes with all kinds of sweet toppings. This is not my thing. I don't eat sugar. However, my opinion does not make it bad. If you are into lots of sweetness, a huge amount of whipping cream (something that even delights me) then I would go there in a heartbeat. I wish that they had syrups and whip cream sweetened with Monk fruit or Stevia. Plus, you can get low-carb dishes with eggs, sausage and bacon. I find their omelettes to be boring. The service is always great there. There is always a wait, which says something about them. If this is the style of food that you like, then I can recommend this as the place to go. read more

We, my wife and I and another couple stopped in after a dance we had been to for a quick snack at about 10 PM. I ordered a strawberry shake and the others ordered some small food orders. They brought our orders and left. I took a sip and would describe what I got was warm pink milk with whipped cream on top. I mentioned it to the waitress and she replaced it. I am not sure she didn't just put more whipped cream on it or what, but what I got was the same thing. Mentioned it again and she became anoied. She did take it off of the check, and no, I did not drink it. She never asked if I would like something else which I probably wouldn't have ordered but a nice gesture. We had previously had a less than great experience and thought we would give them another chance. It seems they don't like late night diners so why don't they close earlier. It had been quite some time since I'd been in an IHOP, so I stopped in really late one evening on the way home. Despite the usual late night drunken crowds, which are pretty mainstream in places like this, my issues were with the service and employees. 1. The cash register lady was going off on some long tangent about how chivalry no longer exists. The young, tired couple ahead of me looked like they were ready to go postal on her. They were just simply trying to sign their debit card receipt and leave, and she was making it difficult. 2. This same lady was seating people, and despite the fact that I landed in a huge round booth in the corner, in plain view of everything, about 25 minutes passed before she finally realized she "forgot" to alert the waitress about the groups of people that were being seated. 3. I ordered a cheesesteak with no onion, and it came about 30 minutes later, with onion! I was so over it by that point, I just let it slide. No telling how long a replacement order would've taken. This was a non-busy weeknight, so I can't imagine how things would work there during peak periods. Not sure it's worth a second visit. read more

This place is great! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and nice! There is usually a wait (weekend mornings), but they get you in super quick (15 minutes max) and it's never an issue because they have ample seating to wait (indoor and outdoor). I use the time to get my family's order in check so we are ready to go when we get seated. We went here when my son was an infant and they were super accommodating with the baby car seat. Now he is a toddler, they are still very accommodating with asking if we are sharing food with him or ordering for him separate. We always feel comfortable here read more

So, yeah, it's an iHop. But this one is in a new building, complete with contemporary-(ish) decor and relative cleanliness. Also, the place was positively *Rockin* on a Tuesday Morning at 11ish. Cool. I don't think I've had anything other than breakfast at iHop since high school (which was many, many, many Mango Seasons ago) but, well, it's got the word PANCAKES in its name. You come here for breakfast. It ain't gourmet, but then it's not priced as if it is, either. Good, hot pancakes, available with a variety of toppings, syrups, and fixn's. They also have some crazy specialties like Cheesecake Stuffed something or another and Cinnamon-Swirl Stacks of Sugar Coma Inducing Sweetness. Their bacon is crisp and not drowning in grease, which is nice. I asked for well-done hashbrowns, and they managed to cook them marginally more than others' around me. Covered in Cholula Hot Sauce with some eggs thrown in, they were just peachy. When you join their eClub, you'll get a coupon for a Free Rooty Tooty Fresh n Fruity breakfast. Literally the worst service our family has ever experienced. A woman with dreads didn't even get her name because she rushed us from the moment we got sat all the way in the back of the restaurant. We are trying to celebrate our sisters birthday that we traveled all the way to Denver to do just to be treated like we were "young ignorant broke little kids" as she referred to us by even though all of us combined probably makes more than she does in a year... the fact that we were played at the antagonist was just beyond insane as she tried to threaten our little sister because she told us for 15 minutes she would be back and never did she kept hitting every other table but ours, so we said that she needs to come as we're splitting the bills before she goes ahead of herself and puts it all on one and she has the nerve to confront our 19 year old sister as if she was going to fight her? I hadn't been to IHOP in a while, so when I came for breakfast with a large group, I was surprised to see how jazzed up the new remodel/rebrand was! The place looks nice, it's clean, and it was buzzing with activity on a Saturday morning. It was about a 30 minute wait for my party of 15, and we were able to all sit together at one large table. They have a large menu, with lots of sweet/savory combinations. It is the IHOPanckes, so of course pancakes comes with almost every menu item. I ordered the chicken fried steak, as I often do at breakfast restaurants. My wife ordered the turkey and avocado benedict. The benedict was a twist on a traditional one, served atop brioche bread and covered with a white cheddar cheesse sauce instead of Hollandaise. The chicken fried steak was crispy with a classic gravy over the top. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Our server was also very accommodating to our large group, even when we asked for several checks to be separated. I'd come back to IHOP anytime! read more

Early Sunday morning we were out driving around and decided to go to IHOP we did beat the Sunday breakfast rush(around 8:00). Westminster isn't really our neck of the woods and we don't normally go there. We were seated right away and I was impressed with the cleanliness of everything and the big dish of little creamers already on the table. I take cream in my coffee so I like this. The waitress was friendly, fast, and the wait staff was dressed to cheer on the Rockies...rah rah rah.... I ordered a Western omlet w/ a stack of 3 pancakes off the 7 for $7 menu, and asked for a side of salsa. I got a big omlet and I got a generous side of salsa but they charged me $1.29 for the salsa. Hot sauce was on the table next to the ketchup but I didn't want hot sauce, I wanted a tangy salsa that would not burn my tongue. So, beware you might get charged for extra salsa if you order wrong. My wife wanted IHop for breakfast so we took the kids there. The restaurant was packed and we were put on the waiting list. The wait time was about 20 minutes. Once we got seated, the waitress was nice and got our drink order right away. After we order, while we were waiting they had a hostess doing animal balloons for the kids come by and made two balloons for my son and daughter while we waited. The food was great and so was the service. When my 2 year old son wanted more food, we were able to ask our waitress to see if we could get more sausage links. Overall our experience here was good, food was good and my kids loved their animal balloons too. read more

So this place is standard for an ihop. Pretty tasty pancakes with a multitude of syrups. The waitress was friendly and helpful. So all in all, it was a pleasurable experience for the most part. Where they fell short was seating people. For some reason the lobby was full of people when there were multiple tables wide open, including the side dining room, which was COMPLETELY empty. Nary a soul in there. It took us about 10 minutes to get seated. This wasn't 10 minutes as in "we're busy so it should be about a 10 minute wait." We were trying to decide whether to go here or to New Star Cafe over by King Soopers since we had a hankerin' for breakfast for dinner! We decided to go here since we knew IHOP pancakes are pretty good in general. We also figured they wouldn't mind having a 2 year-old in the restaurant ... Showed up and it was a slow Saturday night. We were greeted right away and seated. The waitress took our drink order immediately and was very friendly. We also were able to put in our food order very quickly when she came back with the drinks, which was really good with the kid there. We noticed during the wait for our food that the interior had been redone, and the place was pretty clean overall. Our food came and was exactly as we ordered it! It all tasted great ... and I even got the all you can eat pancakes (of which I could only eat 3). The waitress kept checking on us to make sure all was well and our drinks were refilled, which was very nice. At the end of our tasty meal - which SERIOUSLY hit the spot - the waitress brought our check and let us know that kids eat free from 4-10 pm. Freakin awesome. Went to pay, and a different guy who I'm assuming was the manager rang us up for the full price and stated the total. I asked him about kids eat free, and he said "Yep, they do." and then took the $5 meal off the bill. The wife asked if that was just on Saturdays or something and he said "No, every night from 4-10." He saw the 2 year-old with us and the kids pancake on the bill, but was going to charge the full amount anyway if I didn't ask. Pretty crappy but whatever, everything else was surprisingly good! Mediocre food, decent service. The dining room was fairly clean although being sat next to a table wot withh congeled gravy on the plates left is kind of gross. The server (unusual name that starts with a T) did a good job of handling a few large parties of drunks at 2 am. The night manager seems to be clueless as to how a restaurant is run. Apparently the manager hides in the back and gets snotty when it is time to help customers. This place refused to do separate checks. When cashing out the manager REFUSED to help at all and only continued to ask how much each individual was paying and reminded us of sales tax. We enjoy IHOP. It's not the best food ever and the omelets are so so. But its a reasonably priced meal that will fill you up. Service has always been great. Super nice servers. The manager impressed us the most. A very upset child next to us was not enjoying the morning. He stepped in, distracted her with crayons and just talked to her like a normal person would and she calmed down and the morning moved on. Went to this IHop for the first time in awhile and they were the nicest people i've ever interacted with. They cracked jokes, they went out of their way to talk with us, and they were efficient. They knew me and my friends were there as a farewell to me going back to school, and they brought me an ice cream as if it were my birthday!
