The associates knew the lingo as I ordered my Italian beef "naked and wet". He said, "I know what you mean, let me take care of you". Service was quick and all the staff friendly. If the owner is at home, then he/she can rest assured they hired the right group to run this place. The place is clean (including the restroom), staff were excellent and there was plenty to look at while you wait. It also felt like there may have been too many people working at the same time without a clear system for who was responsible for what. As for the food, I enjoyed it. One area that could improve the guest experience is what happens when food is delivered. Whether it's a food runner or a server, it's always helpful to ask if the guest needs anything else before walking away. In my case, I had to wait about five minutes just to ask for ketchup. Small details like that can make a big difference in the overall customer experience.

I've tried a bunch of their menu items but sometimes just a simple turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo sandwich on French bread does the trick.
