WORST SERVICE EVER....WILL NOT BE GOING BACK I almost cancelled my order. It's Mother's Day during COVID .... lots of people want to do something nice for their loved ones We ordered online at 7:30 And they said the food would be ready by 7:53. We showed up at 7:50 for curbside pick up. No came out to greet or acknowledge we were there waiting. About 8:10 my husband went in and there were at least 12 other people waiting for their food. Not one employee came out to say anything to the people waiting. Some had already been there 45 mins waiting for food. The phone rang about 8 times and no one answered the phone. No employee came out to apologize for the delay or back up. Worst customer service ever. Having worked in a restaurant before I feel that they should have had more then just one line cook on what's considered a very busy day. Wife and I went to IHOP on 12-26-22. The front seating area was cold but the back seating was warm. The upholstery in the booths were worn and ripped. It took over 30 minutes for us to get our food after ordering. The hash browns were great and the eggs cooked well but the bacon was terrible and the pancakes were overcooked. Expensive. I have been going to this IHop since I moved to Tracy in 2007. It is a fantastic location, right on Naglee Road near the auto dealerships and next to the mall. The food here has always been great. I usually like my eggs done a very specific way, 'over medium'. There have been times when it hasn't been perfect but the staff is always willing to rectify it immediately and a couple of times I have even gotten them re-done completely and had two new eggs delivered to me. The staff is always very courteous and very polite. Sometimes getting seating is a bit of a problem because it is always packed especially during Saturday mornings or weekend rush-hour times. But the food here is great the parking is also very adequate. read more

We frequent Tracy for various reasons. Due to COVID, dining in @our usual spots are not an option. I stumbled across the "Family" meals and tried one this morning. For the money, this is a GREAT meal. Although we miss dining in, this seriously is the next best thing. There were online glitches for curbside, and online ordering. First visit to this Ihop was on 4/13/14 for breakfast. Our server named Berenice was great! She greeted us immediately and gave my boyfriend some recommendations when he was deciding which omelette to order. Berenice was very attentive throughout our visit and always had a smile. I enjoyed my meal as did my boyfriend- see attached photos. I like that they have the syrups on the table and that they serve cholula- it's my favorite! I also like that they give you your own carafe of coffee. Their menu has a nice variety and I like the healthier choices.
