Went to Winstar this last weekend. I love this IHOP. The line is always long but the service is always so efficient. It is always a perfect breakfast. The runners get the food out so quickly and everything is always so fresh. When I see all the negative reviews I just shake my head. I have eaten here 4 times and it can't be that I am just lucky. I wonder if people are mad because they may have lost their money but why take it out on the restaurants. So many of the restaurants in this hotel do a very good job and the reviews never show it. I will say the we are almost always using comp credits so most mealy are free but I would pay double to eat at this location. read more

While visiting Winstar, we visited the Ihop Express inside the casino because there was no one in line at dinner time. We got the burger, which I couldn't believe came with a side of pancakes. My husband had the burger and I had the pancakes. It was the perfect serving for each of us, all for under $12. The pancakes were delicious and you could take hot maple syrup to go! I'm sure we'll be back when visiting again! read more

Watch out for Jackie the red head handing you your food. This place gets SLAMMED.. Tonight, Not so much. I had 2 breakfasts ordered for about $30. When I was handed the bag I specifically asked if there was lots of syrup in the bag....... I got a "Yep" and since Jackie packed it.... I didn't look inside the bags.. We get up to the 11th floor of the hotel. NO SILVERWARE, NO BUTTER, NO SYRUP. Not OK. Went back down 11 floors all the way back to ihop. And came back to cold food. Pretty crappy customer service by that one person ruined our dinner. I don't appreciate being lied to when I spend $30 on eggs! And I don't want to eat cold food because someone just doesn't give a crap about their customers! Beware if you get your food from her.. I'd check the bag ! read more

We came in and were asked to wait. We waited 30 minutes and weren't assisted and were looked over . The waitress did not want to even take our check to pay. Very unprofessional. I don't know if she was haven't a bad day or what and it was taken out on us. But very disappointed in the service. read more

I had a big order and didn't think to check before I left because usually they are good with everything. This is the 2nd time I had burnt bread and over fried chicken strips. For what's it is worth it's located inside Winstar. Eggs were on the bland side with no real taste. Bacon was as thin as you can make it. Pancakes were ok but fell apart in the middle. Never saw that before. Are they pre-made. Coffee was awesome and I do like they let you ve seconds. Waitstaff was nice. Not bad not great. Due to location, I'll probably will be back. read more

Just as good as any other IHOP I've been to. The order process in this particular one is a bit different. You order at the counter first. And pay for it. Then they seat you with a number. Waitress then delivers your food. And that's about the last time you see them. Lol. Because of the virus that's going around. They don't do fountain drinks. Only bottle or can. And condiments are brought in plastic sauce cups. Seating is not spaced out as it should be. Our meal consisted of the chicken and waffles. And the 2X2X2. ( 2 pancakes, 2 ham, 2 eggs ). Everything tasted good. And fresh. Just how it should be. This is one of the few good places to eat in this casino. The waitress we had could care less about our table after she served our food cause she probably thinks since there are no drinks to refill. Then why bother checking on the table. Well shame on Winstar management for once again touting the Worlds Largest casino but yet their staffing and food products (Grande Buffet is terrible) are less to be desired. Side note, the fairly new IHOP Xpress food is good. Tonight, a Tuesday night, ordered food at 12:10 am and it's now 12:50 and still waiting. Damn, I could've drove down to Gainesville and eaten there and drove back before we got served. Maybe we should've called ahead. The folks working at the Ihop Express seems to have a hard time keeping the Ihop consistency. I ordered their Phlly steak sandwich which I have ordered for years at Ihop. For one thing, the cashier told me I can NOT substitute the onion rings for a side salad, which I always did at any ihop. The bun of the sub was kind of hard and cold. (It was supposed to be hot and soft.) The worst of all, the screen of the credit machine ask me to select a % of tip for the cashier. Which I did a 15% for the worst dinning experience I've ever had at any Ihop. read more

The food was fresh and tasted good, but we waited 53 minutes from the time we ordered (per my receipt) until the time the first plate hit our table. This place needs more staff and better systems in place to ensure patrons can get in and out so they can maximize their time playing instead of waiting. Ive been here a few times since it opened. Not your typical ihop that you are used to, instead its more like a fast food restaurant. You go to the counter and order from a list on the board. Saves a lot of time especially when in a crowded place like the biggest casino in the world! Food is brought to your table and they are fast at that. Pretty standard ihop with the exception of it not having a regular waiter setup. It's basically like a fast food restaurant like the other venues inside the casino. However, despite this the staff was actually very attentive and kind. We had $60 in comps and they were helping us maximize the stuff we got since you lose the remaining balance if you don't use it all. This is a terrible IHOP. You order from a grumpy woman who acts like she could care less. I got the two of everything breakfast and my wife got the egg sandwich. The food server (evidently not a real waitress) brusquely slid our plates onto the table and gave me a dirty look when I told her my eggs were scrambled and I had ordered them over easy. Without saying anything she took my plate away. My wife had eaten half of her sandwich before mine was wordlessly slid back in front on me. I got two rubbery pancakes, two eggs, and two overcooked slices of bacon. Which is not what the menu on the wall said. I ate my less than tasty meal and we left and will never return. Service was something to be desired. I am a current VIP player here st Winstar but apparently that means nothing to them anymore. I waited in line to order for about 15 on the designated VIP entrance before my presence was ever acknowledged. The lady that finally decided to speak to me told me that I had to move to the back of the line to be seated. Not that I am trying to sound better than anyone but the VIP status players here are "supposed" to get better perks and waited on much faster and treated way better and much more professional. So needless to say, I decided to go to Terrace View where I am always treated great and remember me by name, which I love. The lady tried chasing me down saying the manager said she can open the second register but by then it didn't matter and I was very displeased and left. Maybe there is some unnecessary micromanaging going on but who am I to say. Next time I will stay in my comfort zone of the hotel. The staff at the Pool Bar, Rotunda Bar and Terrace View Cafe are always the best. Now if you have all of the time in the world and don't care about customer service then definitely go to the IHOP in the casino read more

The food was the same quality as you see at all IHOPs. The service was quick but there was only one cashier. The tables were clean and there were plenty of seats. Overall a good option while at the casino. read more
