I place my order 5 minutes later, and accidentally requested pickup instead of delivery after I had already paid for the order. I try to reverse my mistake, but I immediately get a phone call from the same woman verifying that I meant to choose pickup. When I told her it was a mistake and that I'd re-do the order, she kindly and very generously offered to drop off the order for us at no extra cost.
