He makes sure that the customers are well taken care of by the wait staff( who are all friendly and knowledgeable as well as hard working). The decor is attractive and spotlessly maintained. The kitchen staff gets the food out very promptly and the bacon, eggs, potatoes, biscuits and gravy were all cooked and seasoned to perfection! Everything was so good that I drove through a flooding deluge of rain and lightning to eat there the next morning! Chris remembered me(after only one visit) and greeted me by name! I really wanted this visit to be just as good as the first because that first meal set the bar so high. They were pretty busy so maybe that impacted the quality of meat I got, but I was pretty bummed out, especially at these prices. I know life is expensive but for what we received, quality and quantity it was overpriced.
